Position: Photographer / Photo Editor

What is the job about?

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Photographer / Photo Editor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys capturing compelling visuals, understand property and lifestyle photography, and can deliver polished images under tight timelines.

Responsibilities:

Photography

• Capture high-quality photographs for:

- Property features (residential, commercial, showflats, developments)
- Editorial stories and interviews
- Events, launches, and corporate activities

• Plan and execute photoshoots, including lighting setup, composition, and staging where required
• Ensure consistency in image quality and visual standards aligned with brand guidelines
• Travel to various locations across Singapore for assignments

PhotoEditing & Post-Production:

• Edit, retouch, and enhance photographs using professional editing software
• Perform colour correction, cropping, resizing, and optimization for print and digital use
• Select and curate images for editorial layouts, marketing materials, and social media
• Maintain organized photo archives and file management systems

Collaboration & Workflow:

• Work closely with editorial, marketing, and sales teams to understand visual requirements
• Meeting tight production deadlines for publications and campaigns
• Ensure all images comply with copyright and licensing requirements
• Support adhoc visual content needs when required

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Photography, Visual Arts, Media, or related field
• 2-4 years of relevant photography and photo editing experience (fresh graduates with strong portfolios may be considered)
• Strong understanding of: Lighting techniques, Composition and visual storytelling and Image retouching and colour correction
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple assignments
• Good time management and attention to details
• Comfortable with fieldwork and occasional weekend or evening assignments

Preferred Skills (Good to Have):

• Experience in property, architectural, or interior photography
• Basic videography or short-form content creation skills
• Drone photography license or experience
• Familiarity with social media content formats

What is the job about?

Drive data-backed insights and provide strategic analytical tools to power EdgeProp’s cutting-edge research and content. The role offers close collaboration with research data and key partners across the industry.

Responsibilities:

• Gather, analyze, interpret, and present real estate trends and information for business development opportunities, client support, and internal analysis
• Compile and distribute research in the form of narratives, graphics, data summary, etc
• Analyze market statistic, generate market reports and/or collateral material based on statistical analysis conducted
• Tap into national research resources to produce standardized market reports and customized client research
• Create and analyze spreadsheets utilizing data needed to generate graphs, tables, and written analysis and make recommendations to our readers and users
• Compile statistical data specific to client or service line by translating and converting data to graphs/tables/charts
• Research coverage areas will include Singapore and other South East Asia asset classes such as residential, commercial, residential and industrial

Requirements:

• A degree in a relevant area such as Real Estate, Economics, or Business Administration would be an advantage
• 3-5 years of real estate research or related business experience
• High numeracy and adequate understanding of property and financial markets
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong data software applications skills
• Strong communication skills, both written and oral
• Effective interpersonal and leadership skills, and a conscientious, creative and enthusiastic character
