Job Summary:
The role of the Associate Parts & Distribution (Warehouse Assistant) is to receive, issue and order parts for in-house aircraft and to issue repair orders on in-house aircraft to outside repair facilities.

Job responsibilities:
I. Receives and logs in all aircraft parts and kits from TAPD.
II. Issues parts and kits to shop floor, assisting mechanics with parts requirements.
III. Handles outside orders from customers and prepares parts for shipment. Requires ability to read parts catalogs and knowledge of warranty versus exchange situation.

a. Oversee and manage all shipping operations, including picking, packing, and delivery.

b. Prepare and maintain shipping documents and records, including bills of lading, AWBs, invoices, and shipment logs.

c. Participate in the annual cycle count process by accurately counting and recording inventory levels, identifying discrepancies, and ensuring that inventory records are up-to-date and accurate.

IV. Follows up on back order summary, coordinating with TAPD.
V. Assists in routine and special inventories and issues purchase orders for supplies for parts room such as boxes and other shipping material.
VI. Assists in rebilling customers for repairs, freight, etc.
VII. Administers all TAPD consignment and exchange programs.
VIII. Performs other related duties as required.

Education/Experience:
• Requires Diploma, ITE, or equivalent plus general knowledge of aircraft parts and blueprint reading. Knowledge of shipping and freight procedures, policies and regulations.
• Minimum of 2 years aircraft parts experience preferred.

Qualifications:
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to read, understand and analyze illustrated parts catalogs.
• Ability to interoperate overhaul manuals and aircraft engine manuals
• Must be able to obtain and maintain an airport security badge through the local airport authority, if applicable

Job Responsibilities:

1. Inventory Management: Assisting with receiving, organizing, and tracking parts and supplies within the Asia-Pacific (APAC) region.

2. Data Analysis: Collaborating with cross-functional teams to analyze data related to parts usage, demand, and availability.

3. Supply Chain Coordination: Supporting the coordination of parts movement across different locations within the APAC network and the MRO’s requirement.

4. Documentation and Reporting: Maintaining accurate records and documenting transactions. (shipping invoices and AWBs)

5. Process Improvement: Identifying opportunities for process optimization and efficiency in parts management.

6. Collaboration: Working closely with colleagues and the MRO Ops team and engineers for parts requirements.

7. Cycle count: Assisting with weekly cycle count to achieve a 99% accuracy on the SNG inventory.

8. Learning and Development: Gaining hands-on experience in parts logistics and supply chain operations.

9. Any other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

1. Education: Typically, interns pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field are eligible.

2. Attention to Detail: Being meticulous in handling parts data and documentation.

JOB SUMMARY:

The Parts Sales Manager will be responsible for development and growth of aftermarket and proprietary part sales for Textron Aviation products.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develops and implements systems, procedures, and techniques to ensure effective and efficient customer communications are translated into parts sales relationships that benefit the customer and Textron Aviation.
• Serves as the contact and focal point for customers within the assigned region regarding parts sales. Actively initiates sales dialogue between Textron Aviation and potential and existing customers.
• Develops regional parts sales strategies focused on collaboration with key stakeholders to support our customers and grow parts sales across all market segments.       
• Utilizes analytics to research and identify potential sales opportunities, and aggressively pursues sales leads provided by Textron Aviation employees and customers.
• Uses a variety of marketing techniques to secure sales for Textron Aviation including site-based visits, telemarketing, and written correspondence.  Utilizes and maintains Textron Aviation’s CRM platform Salesforce.com.     
• Develops and implements localized marketing strategies in conjunction with Marketing team that increase customer awareness of capabilities and contribute to the financial goals and objectives of the company.       
• Provides pipeline and sales reports and strategy updates to the organization as requested (e.g. sales trend analysis, projected service volume by quarter, service sales forecasts) for the use in annual budgets, staffing, and long-term planning.     
• Attends sales meetings and aviation conferences/conventions as a marketing representative AM Sales network.
• Maintains and improves product knowledge by participating in training programs, outsideseminars, reading product literature and publications.  Cross trains for key management positions toincrease operational knowledge and provide staffing flexibility.  Assumes other supervisory duties as assigned.
• Assists with research for external and internal parts and material cost and availability to determine procurement means to support interior refurbishment and modification projects.
• Travel as required, planning for minimum of two weeks per month to visit customers andparticipate in trade events.

REQUIREMENTS:  

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Sales experience/focus preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience required, preferably in the aviation industry.      
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Possesses good organization and time management skills.
• The candidate must be able to utilize the systems of Textron Aviation i.e. CRM, SAP and the Microsoft suite.
• Candidate must be able to work in an autonomous self-directed environment to achieve the marketing strategies and sales control systems set forth by the company. 
• Candidate must possess strong communication skills to achieve relationships with local Director's of Maintenance and brokers. 
• Candidate must be willing to travel at least 75% of the time in all associated markets.
