Terra Law is looking to hire one (2) Conveyancing Secretary in the Corporate Real Estate Practice.
The candidate should possess the following skills:
· 5 years' relevant experience in handling transactions involving the sale and purchase of both residential and non-residential land, JTC and URA land and developers work
· Experience in collective sale transactions will have an advantage
· Able to handle files competently from start to end
· Able to work independently
· Good command of spoken and written English
· Proficiency in Mandarin will be preferred to communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients
· Proficient in Microsoft Office
· Team player, meticulous and well-organised
Salary will be commensurate with experience.
