Job Responsibilities

- Perform general nursing duties which includes performing of clinical procedure/patient’s vital signs monitoring

- Ensure delivery of safe and competent nursing care in compliance with nursing standards of practice

- Ensure a high standard of customer service

- Assist Doctors with the provision of treatment and patient examinations

- Maintain regular checks on drugs and essential / emergency equipment

- Perform reception duties, scheduling of appointment, registration, dispensing of medication, payment collection and administrative duties relating to patients.

- Provide assistance to the Clinic Manger in ensuring the smooth operation of the clinic

- Handle TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims and other documentations

- Ensure the cleanliness and tidiness of the clinic

- Involve in administrative functions relating to work area such as drug/consumable ordering/stock-take/payment

- Provide information / education to patients and family members

- Perform other nursing-related duties, or ad-hoc departmental task/activities as assigned

- Clinic located in the Medical Centre.

Job Requirements

- Possess a Diploma or Degree in Nursing or its equivalent

- Registered with the Singapore Nursing Board and possess a valid Practicing Certificate

- Excellent teamwork & people, observational skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, deal with emotionally charged and pressured situations

- Good interpersonal skills with a pleasant personality

- Able to commit from May to November 2026

- Preferably able to commit to 5 or 5.5 working days per week

Responsibilities:

• Perform front desks duties such as attending to patients’ registration, crowd control, answering of phone-calls for appointments, questions and answer and assist doctor’s needs.

• Dispensary of medication.

• Handle TPA (Third-Party) Claims, Medisave Claims, Insurance Claims and other documentations.

• Assist Clinic Manager in her responsibility towards the over-all performance of the clinic with support from the Operation Department.

• Provide excellent customer service.

• Oversee and establishes inventory standards for medications, supplies and equipment. Stock taking and ordering of stocks.

• Maintenance of clinic’s cleanliness and appearance.

• Other duties as assigned.
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in any discipline / GCE 'A' Level / 'O' Level / Higher NITEC

• Good team player with strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Highly motivated, independent and adaptable to change

• PC / computer literacy and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Good interpersonal skills, Service oriented and a good team player

• Able to commit from May to November 2026

• Preferably able to commit to 5.5 working days per week
