Responsibilities
Responsible for preparing employment contracts and HR letters
Collaborating with department managers to compile a consistent list of requirements.
Conduct orientation program and briefing to new employees
Responsible for all work passes application/renewal/cancellation
Update employees’ transfers from sites to sites
Responsible for foreign workers’ departure (after work pass’s cancellation) and home leave i.e. arrangement of their air-ticket
Assist in preparing monthly timecards and overtime calculations
Maintain up-to-date personnel and training records
Provide HR support and any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Senior Manager
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year in human resource administration
Experience in dealing with work pass and dormitories administration
Knowledge of ERP software
Experience managing HR functions in construction or landscape companies
