Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within F&B, hospitality, and central kitchen sectors to expand market presence
• Promote and sell kitchen equipment and solutions by effectively communicating product benefits to clients
• Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to showcase features and address client needs
• Analyze customer requirements and propose tailored equipment solutions to meet their operational goals
• Prepare accurate quotations and proposals, and follow up on sales enquiries to advance sales processes
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to foster repeat business and referrals
• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to overall team performance metrics
• Coordinate with internal technical, operations, and logistics teams to ensure smooth project execution and delivery
• Provide after-sales support to resolve issues and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Engineering, Hospitality, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant sales experience, preferably in B2B environments
• Experience in kitchen equipment, F&B, or related industries is advantageous
• Proficient communication, presentation, and negotiation skills to influence client decisions
• Self-motivated and sales-driven with the ability to work independently
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office applications such as Excel and PowerPoint
• Possession of own transport is advantageous but not mandatory

Job Summary

You will manage daily warehouse operations to ensure accurate receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching of goods while maintaining inventory accuracy and supporting smooth delivery processes.

Responsibilities

• Perform daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and dispatching goods accurately and on time
• Pack goods precisely to prepare for timely delivery to customers
• Maintain and update accurate inventory records to support stock control activities
• Conduct regular stock checks and assist in inventory audits to verify stock accuracy
• Ensure proper documentation is completed for all incoming and outgoing goods
• Maintain warehouse cleanliness, organization, and safety standards consistently
• Coordinate with internal teams to facilitate smooth warehouse operations and timely deliveries
• Perform additional general warehouse duties as assigned to support overall operations

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum 3–5 years of warehouse experience
• Experience in picking, packing, and inventory handling
• Basic computer knowledge including Excel and inventory systems
• Physically fit to perform hands-on warehouse tasks
• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented work approach
• Good teamwork and communication skills

Responsibilities

• Process sales orders accurately to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Provide administrative support to the sales team to enhance operational efficiency
• Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales documents to facilitate customer transactions
• Maintain accurate records of sales orders and customer details for reliable data management
• Update and manage sales contract data including terms, pricing, expiry, and renewals to ensure contract compliance
• Verify accuracy of all sales and contract data entered into the system to maintain data integrity
• Generate sales and contract reports to support business analysis and decision-making
• Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues and ensure smooth order processing

Preferred competencies and qualifications
