Project Management

· To resolve all technical and non-technical issues

Technical Understanding

Job Requirements:

· Degree in Civil Engineering / MEP or equivalent

· Preferably with full cycle of HDB project experience

Role and Responsibilities:

Foreign Worker Payroll:

• Administer and process end-to-end monthly payroll for the entire group (~1200 workers)
• Verify timesheets, attendance records and OT payments
• Ensure timely submission of SDL, FWL, IRAS
• Prepare monthly intercompany billings and other payroll related reports
• Prepare monthly budget variance analytics and reporting
• Exit clearance and repatriation for resigned workers
• Ensure compliance with MOM regulations on foreign worker salary and deductions

Compliance and Reporting:

• Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
• Prepare and submit statutory reports and filings, including CPF, IR8A, and other government requirements.
• Support audit processes by providing necessary payroll information and documentation.

Employee Support:

• Administer foreign worker benefits (e.g. leave and claims)
• Address benefits and payroll-related queries from employees, providing timely and accurate information.
• Assist in the resolution of payroll discrepancies and issues.

System Maintenance:

• Maintain and update HRIS with payroll-related data.
• Continuously improve payroll processes by implementing best practices and system enhancements.

Ad-Hoc HR Support:

• Assist in various HR tasks as needed, demonstrating flexibility and dedication to the team's success.

Job responsibilities

• Develop and maintain accurate Building Information Modelling (BIM) models throughout the project construction period to support digital project delivery
• Adhere to project information requirements, modelling, and exchange protocols to facilitate effective information sharing among stakeholders
• Follow the drawing management system (DMS) for information collection, filing, workflow, and process compliance
• Perform BIM deliverables according to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP) derived from Organization Information Requirement (OIR) and Project Information Requirement (PIR)
• Report daily BIM activities and progress to supervisors
• Develop detailed Architectural and Structural BIM models and perform quality checks to ensure models are fit for coordination
• Conduct clash detection, document discrepancies, and present findings in weekly Interdisciplinary Coordination (ICE) meetings
• Coordinate BIM modelling activities with project technical teams and consultants to resolve issues and update models accordingly
• Produce clash-free coordinated BIM models to support construction planning

Core responsibilities:

· Create BIM Design / Tender Models and Documentation

Job Description - Quality Assurance

· Review of project quality requirements, project quality plan (PQP), method statements, inspection & test plans (ITPs), and inspection checklists.

· Develop inspection and test plan (ITPs) and inspection checklists based on project works specifications.

· Assists in projects’ internal quality management system audit and quality inspection audit.

· Data collection and documentation for defects monitoring and trend analysis in measuring project quality performance and root cause investigation and analysis to improve project performance.

· Promote the best practices in project quality management to reduce the cost of poor quality and to improve work productivity.

Job Description - Quality Control

· Conduct onsite in-process inspections or periodic site/factory quality surveillance inspections.

· Monitor and verify site execution works whether the established work procedures, inspections and approved submittals are being followed accordingly.

· Identity, record and highlight to Project Manager of any identified non-conformances or potential quality issues or risks.

· Issue and monitor closure of Quality Observation Reports (QARs), Internal Non-conformance Reports (NCRs), Corrective/Preventive Action Requests (C/PARs)

· Verify the implementation of solutions and control further works or processes until the non-conformities or deficiencies have been resolved.

· Conduct internal inspection of mock-up unit, CONQUAS/QM pre-assessment and pre-handing over inspection.

· Preparation of periodic QA/QC Reports, maintenance of quality records and any necessary QA/QC documentations at project sites.
