Job Description

As a Barista at TAG ESPRESSO, you will be responsible for delivering excellent coffee and customer experiences while supporting the daily operations of the café.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and serve coffee, espresso-based beverages, and other menu items according to company standards.
• Provide friendly and professional customer service.
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the café, equipment, and workstations.
• Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are consistently met.
• Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment.
• Support opening and closing duties.
• Work closely with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.

Requirements

• Positive attitude and passion for coffee and customer service.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Responsible, punctual, and team-oriented.
• Prior barista or F&B experience is an advantage but not required.
• Willingness to work weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Multi-platform Management

- Oversee full-channel operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, Amazon, and Shopify

- Develop and execute platform strategies to drive GMV, conversion rates, and customer retention

- Plan and manage campaigns, mega sales, and promotional calendars

2. Growth & Marketing

- Plan and optimize paid ads (Shopee Ads, TikTok Ads, Meta Ads)

- Analyze performance metrics (ROI, CAC, conversion rates) and continuously improve results

- Identify and scale winning products and growth opportunities

3. Inventory & Supply Chain

- Manage inventory planning and replenishment (local & overseas warehouses)

- Minimize stockouts and overstock risks

- Coordinate with warehouse and logistics partners (3PL experience preferred)

4. Team & Execution

- Lead and manage e-commerce operations team (if applicable)

- Build SOPs and improve operational efficiency

- Work cross-functionally with branding, product, and supply chain teams.

✅ Requirements

- Minimum 4 years of hands-on e-commerce experience

- Proven track record of delivering results (not just execution)

- Strong experience with Shopee / Lazada / TikTok Shop (SEA market preferred)

- Experience in paid ads and performance marketing

- Solid understanding of inventory and supply chain operations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Fluent in English (Mandarin is a plus)

Job Responsibilities

- Manage daily operations across Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop, and Shopify

- Product listing, content updates, and campaign participation

- Process orders and handle customer inquiries

2. Campaign & Sales Support

- Support platform campaigns (mega sales, promotions, bundles)

- Assist in basic ads setup and coordination (Shopee Ads / TikTok Ads)

- Monitor sales performance and highlight issues or opportunities

3. Inventory & Coordination

- Track inventory levels and coordinate replenishment

- Liaise with warehouse and logistics partners

- Ensure smooth order fulfilment and stock accuracy

4. Execution & Team Support

- Follow SOPs and ensure operational consistency

- Support ad-hoc tasks related to e-commerce operations

- Work closely with internal team and external partners

- Familiar with basic platform operations and campaign mechanics

- Organized, responsible, and detail-oriented

- Basic Excel and data handling skills
