Key Responsibilities

• Business Acquisition: Identify, engage, and secure new business opportunities across assigned regions and target verticals.
• Commercial Strategy: Prepare competitive quotations, proposals, tenders (RFQs), and service agreements. Lead high-level commercial negotiations.
• Client Management: Understand customer supply chain needs and cross-sell services like distribution, freight forwarding, and first/last-mile land transport.
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Collaborate with operations, pricing, and finance teams to ensure seamless onboarding and successful service delivery.
• Market Intelligence: Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and changes in transport regulations to optimize sales strategy.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Marketing.
• Experience: Typically, 3 to 5+ years of relevant B2B sales or business development experience within the freight forwarding or logistics sector.
• Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of transportation operations, Incoterms, customs procedures, and regional trade flows.
• Skills: Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills combined with a commercially focused, results-driven mindset.

• Revenue Growth: Achieving or exceeding monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Profitability: Maintaining healthy margins on freight and transport solutions.
• Pipeline Management: Cultivating an active network and maintaining accurate CRM records.

Job Description:

1) Issuance of monthly and quarterly billings and OPEX settlements

2) Issuance of Receipts voucher for incoming funds/refunds and monthly JV entries

3) Update of AR Aging Reports and follow up on outstanding balances

4) Updating of Balance Sheet schedules and follow up with other Divisions on unbilled items

5) Retrieval of quarterly SMF Reports and variance analysis

6) Retrieval of dry dock reports and new building reports for final settlements

7) Retrieval of Cash Book and GST Report

8) Perform weekly posting of accounting entries to external software

9) Assist in year-end audit queries and supporting documents to auditors

10) Checking of MCAS and Manning Agencies' Disbursement Accounts

11) Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by Superior

Job Requirement:

• 1 to 2 years of relevant working experience.
• Demonstrate excellent team player ability and be flexible to the demands of fast-paced working environment.
• Able to work with minimum supervision and multi-task with high level of detail and accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Obtain quotations for IT equipment based on instructions from the IT team
• Place purchase orders upon approval from the IT team
• Monitor vessel schedules and instruct forwarders on the optimal port for loading IT equipment
• Process invoices in accordance with internal procedures
• Arrange DHL shipments for IT equipment prepared at the office
• Communicate with vendors via email and phone when necessary
• Perform all tasks using the company’s internal systems

Requirements

Must-have

• Experience in procurement or purchasing operations (preferably IT-related, but technical IT knowledge is not required)
• Strong communication skills for coordinating with vendors and internal teams
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with accuracy and attention to detail
• Basic proficiency in MS Office and email communication

Nice-to-have

• Experience handling DHL or other courier shipment arrangements
• Experience in maritime-related procurement or logistics (advantageous but not required)

Working Hours

Monday – Friday, 8:30-17:30
