- To foster profitable long-term relationships with customer through improve Quality, Productivity, and Cost Efficient Manufacturing process

- To provide Solutions for clients to roll out RFQ successfully

Job Description:

1. New RFQ

- Collaborate with customer and internal functional groups to understand technical requirements after receiving RFQ package.

- Engage with inhouse Production Planning and Buyers, Materials department (Commodity Management, Manufacturing Centre, Warehouse), Quality Teams, Engineering Design Teams (when required) and Suppliers (if needed) to ensure Customer requirements is understood

- RFQ BOM and drawing preparation for new products.

- Analyze cost in RFQ for sales quotation.

2. Product Manufacturing Process and Quality

- Work together with Quality, Engineering and Production to develop efficient manufacturing process that meets high quality results after FA.

- Prepare and update WI, BOM, drawings and Production jigs for FA.

- Hands-on involvement during FA assembly process.

- Attend to any Engineering issues during FA assembly process.

- Prepare and execute validation activities (IQ,OQ,PQ) in NPI and MR stages

- Improves manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning work flow, resource and space requirements, and equipment layout

- Prepare and complete all FA documentation including QC/QA report in preparation for handover to Production.

- Conduct trainings before handover of FA projects to Production.

- Engage with vendors to arrange equipment, parts, or material purchases, and evaluate products according to quality standards and specifications.

- Recommend alternate component for obsolete, lower cost, shorter lead-time and better performance parts.

3. Customer Relation and Liasing

- Accountable for Customer product Lifecycle till end of life

- Liaise with Customer (depending on customer) for any ECN.

- Liase with Customer Support or/and Quality for any NCR or any product related issues and concerns

4. Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

- Bachelor degree or Diploma in Electrical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Process Engineering or equivalent.

- Experience and knowledge in the field of contract manufacturing is preferred.

- Minimum 3 years of experience working as a NPI/Manufacturing engineer in a role providing technical support for a product.

- Strong oral and written communication skills and the ability to work well with customers and cross-functional co-workers.

- Proficient in office software such as MS Excel, PowerPoint and Words.

- Able to work independently on project management.

- Knowledge in the use of SOLIDWORKS 3D CAD is an added advantage.

- Experience in cleanroom environment will be an advantage

Summary of the Job

• To accurately input, update, and maintain data in company systems and records, while ensuring materials and transactions are correctly matched to the respective production orders, supporting data integrity and operational efficiency.

Job Responsibilities:

1) Data Entry & Record Managemnt

• Enter data into systems (ERP, QC Apps)

• Perform data verification and cross- checking to minimise errors and discrepancies.

• Generate daily, weekly, and monthly QC data reports as required by the QC team.

2) Material & Production Order Verification

• Cross-check:
  - Production Order Number
  - Item/ Part Number
  - Quantity
  - Ensure no mismatch between materials and system records

3) Communicate with production, warehouse, and relevant departments to clarify missing or incorrect data

4) Generate daily handover report for QC to Warehouse and secondary process

5) Assist leader on job order closing, timesheet update using ERP

6) Other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Secondary/ NTC in Engineering and above

• At least 1 year experience in Data entry/ documentation control

• Knowledge of MS Office

• Ability to communicate orally in English language and produce written documentation with clearly organized thoughts

• Self-motivated, highly resourceful, and organized

Summary of the Job: (Primary function of the job)

• Assist sales in attending customers' needs and expectation

• Execute and follow up sales administrative works

• Maintain proper records of all sales related documents

Job Responsibilities: (Key responsibilities of the job)

• Attend to sales/Program enquiries, prepare and follow up sales quotation and proposal

• Maintain filing of all sales transactions records, quotation, PO, JO, invoice, etc.

• Send finalized Sales quote comprising material cost accepted by customer without markup to SCM to create Business Partner code master data or/and material purchase item BP

• Process job order and other documents until order is closed

• Follow up to ensure closure of quotation

• Follow up delivery schedule and arrange parts delivery to customers

• Attend to and follow up customer's issues until closure.  Escalate to Sales if necessary

• Present sales reports, open PO list, RFQ Tracker, etc

• Manage DO & Invoices

• Support Finance in Debtors AR

• Generate Reports

• Perform tasks as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Min ITE/ Diploma (prefer Mechanical)

• Preferably 3 to 5 years in relevant work experience

• Proficient in MS Office/ Excel

• Good communication skills

Job Summary:

Supporting role in Logistics Inbound & Outbound activities

Job Responsibilities: (Key responsibilities of the job)

• Packing & Palletizing and related logistics assistance for movement of stocks/ products
• Label goods received with accuracy and ensure proper storage of goods as required
• Material kitting for outbound transaction & material movement to production shopfloors
• Escalate to Supervisor/ Manager if found concern on safety issues or potential breakdown in warehouse process gaps that may lead to inventory inaccuracy, quality of the materials and delivery during receiving and materials issuing
• Ensure receiving items are correct and complete with the accompanying documents and strictly following the documented Work Instruction and Procedures.
• Notify Logistics for any discrepancy for receiving & outbound items
• Ensure that the storage area and the goods are properly maintained
• Other duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements:

• Minimum GCE N level or equivalent.
• Basic understanding of English.
• Basic inventory knowledge
• Attention to detail (correct labelling & packing).
• Willing to Perform Over Time.
