Job Summary
Provide administrative support to the sales team by coordinating project documentation, maintaining accurate records, handling customer enquiries, and following up on sales leads to support business growth.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and maintain project documentation to ensure accurate and organized records for the sales team
- Manage customer enquiries by responding promptly and providing relevant information to support sales activities
- Follow up on sales leads to facilitate conversion and support the sales process
- Use Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) to prepare reports, presentations, and sales documents efficiently
- Communicate clearly and coordinate effectively with team members to support sales operations
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve sales support objectives
- Demonstrate a positive attitude and willingness to learn to continuously improve job performance
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Prior experience in the construction or building material industry
- Familiarity with sales administration processes and documentation
