• Applying different plasters to exterior and interior surfaces.
• Fixing and repairing previous plastering work when necessary.
• Reporting any structural issues to the site foreman.
• Mixing and preparing mortar, plasters, and other finishes.
• Consulting with other contractors to ensure project deadlines are met timeously.

This is not a typical design role. It is a performance-driven, execution-focused role where your designs directly impact user experience, conversion rates, and business growth.

Role & Responsibilities

• Design high-converting landing pages, websites, and user flows for Swiftly
• Optimise UI/UX with a strong focus on conversion rate (CRO) and user behaviour
• Translate complex processes into simple, intuitive, and user-friendly interfaces
• Work closely with management and marketing to refine messaging, layout, and user journey
• Continuously test, iterate, and improve designs based on data and performance insights
• Ensure consistency in branding and user experience across all digital touchpoints
• Stay updated on modern UI/UX trends and high-performing web design patterns

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of experience in web design, UI/UX, or related fields
• Strong portfolio showcasing landing pages, websites, or conversion-focused designs
• Proficiency in tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Strong understanding of user behaviour, UX principles, and conversion optimisation
• Ability to simplify complex workflows into clean, intuitive designs
• High attention to detail, with strong ownership and accountability
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Bonus (not required but advantageous):

• Experience with A/B testing or CRO tools
• Basic understanding of HTML/CSS or working with developers
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, or process-driven platforms

As a Maintenance Technician, you are requiring updating, before, progressing and after completion of work at site.

Assist & support project site operations and ensure timely completion of electrical work activities.

Awareness in electrical hazards & safety knowledge

Proactive routine services, repairs, replace of spares, consumable materials, items and components

to all systems and equipment to ensure that they are operational.

Perform daily operational activities which includes attending to customers' enquiries, needs and complaints.

Inspect and maintain site electrical equipment.

Documented all scheduled routine findings and rectification.

Attend to all work orders issued by the operations and management.

Liaising and co-ordinating with site personnel, third party and external contractor.

·Inspecting workplaceregularly to identify and eliminate potential safety hazards.

·Supervising and instructing the team as well as subcontractors.

·Educating site workers on workplace safety regulations and accident protocol.

·Enforcing site safety rules to minimize work-related accidents and injuries.

·Handling site accidents in accordance with established accident protocol.

·Maintaining an accurate record of employee attendance.

·Evaluating the performance of employees and instituting disciplinary measuresas needed.

·Analyzing blueprints to ensure that projects meet design, safety, and budgetspecifications.

·Recommending changes to operations or procedures to increase efficiency.
