POSITION: Quantity Surveyor Engineer – Electrical
BASIC SALARY: $3,000 – $4,000
ALLOWANCES: $180 – $480

Working Days: 5 days work week (Mon - Fri)

Responsibilities:

• Assist the Manager in administering contracts and preparing various tender documents
• Prepare budget estimates and cost projections as directed
• Engage with suppliers to review product and service offerings
• Identify and resolve technical issues encountered during the tendering process
• Work closely with internal teams to manage documentation and address arising matters
• Follow up with suppliers and contractors on bills and quantities
• Review and benchmark market rates for materials and labour on a monthly/quarterly basis
• Transfer all tender documents and costings to the project team upon tender award
• Participate in site visits for tenders under consideration
• Handle tender queries, and assist in the preparation of tender interviews and presentations
