Responsibilities

• Assist and backup in general administrative and clerical support for other departments
• Administration and maintaining of leave
• Answer, screen and forward phone calls and practise good telephone etiquette
• Assist and ensure prompt submission of reports to relevant departments
• Attend to visitors and preparation of meeting rooms and corporate gifts
• Maintain proper filing system of all documentation/records files
• Sorting, filing and keying of Delivery Tickets and Trip Pay from customers
• In charge of operation supplies suck as uniforms, accoutrements, stationary, pantry toiletries and etc
• Other duties as assign by supervisor

Requirements

• High level of integrity and discretion
• Meticulous
• Fluent in English, which includes the ability to read and write
• Able to work under tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Working Location: Joo Koon [3 bus stops away from Joo Koon Bus Interchange]

Working hours: Monday - Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Transport containers between port, warehouses, and customer sites.
• Operate prime mover / trailer truck safely and efficiently.
• Ensure containers are properly secured and delivered on time
• Perform basic vehicle checks (e.g. tires, brakes, lights) before trips.
• Follow all traffic rules and port safety regulations.
• Update delivery status and complete required documentation.
• Report any delays, incidents, or vehicle issues promptly

Job Requirements

• Valid Singapore Class 4 or Class 5 Driving License
• Experience in prime mover/trailer driving preferred.
• Familiar with Singapore roads and port operations
• Responsible, safety-conscious, and punctual

Working Hours

• 6 days work week
• 1 rest day (based on schedule)

Safety bonus up to $600 every 4 months

• Assist in accounting functions (AP & AR)
• Recording daily financial transactions to maintain proper and accurate accounting records.
• Assist in the process of monthly closing, audit, bank reconciliation and GST matters.
• Ensure completeness, accuracy, and timely processing of the payment cycle for the vendor invoices.
• Liaise with vendors for statements of accounts (SOA) and reconciliation of vendors' statements and balances.
• Maintain proper filing system of all documentation/records files.
• Bank related duties.
• Any other adhoc finance duties assigned by the superior

Job Requirements:

• Possess a Certificate in Accounting or equivalent professional qualification(s) with minimum 0-2 years of relavant experience.
• Proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications will be an added-advantage.
• Entry level candidates are welcome to apply.
• Possess initiative, willingness to learn.
• Willing to work in Joo Koon area [3 bus stops away]

Working hours: Mon - Fri 0800 to 1730
