• Manage and responsible day-to-day project operations including coordinating activities with sub-contractors and liaise with all party involved in the project;
• Plan, supervise, execute and follow-up on all project actions and schedules;
• Able to schedule, supervise and control sub-contractors/workers to carry out their works accurately and timely in accordance to the contract drawings and specifications;

• To monitor construction / project progress, ensure productivity, legal compliance and all safety precaution till completion of projects;
• Monitor progress on site and ensure that quality works are carried out in order to meet quality and cost objectives, projects are completed on time, within budget;
• Provide assistance in keeping track of approvals during submission stage so as to ensure compliance with government authorities;
• Liaise closely with sub-contractor & consultants to ensure timely completion of projects.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Payment Voucher for payment purpose;
• Responsible for process and issue payments to suppliers, customers, contractors, and third-party vendors;
• Handling for prepare, send and filing of invoices and documents;
• Assist for input data into accounting system;
• Manage cheque receipts and deposits, assist on payment process to supplier;
• Manage foreign workers’ accommodation including check-in to, and check-out from dormitories, including arrangement upon workers' arrival in Singapore;
• Administer benefits programs such as insurance and medical enrolment;
• Responsible for overall office administration duties;
• Assist in day-to-day financial transactions and operations;
• Assist for accounts payable and accounts receivables functions including data entries;
• Assist in preparing of quotation, tax invoices, PO, DO as and when required;
• Responsible in other admin & accounting related works when assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Accountancy / Business Administrative or its equivalent;
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience;
• Proficient in MS Words & Excel;
• Strong analytical, self-motivated, good communication and interpersonal skills, meticulous, organized, multi-tasker, able to work independently and a pro-active team player;

• In charge of daily operational purchasing needs such as planning, issuing and following up on Purchase Orders delivery and shipment schedules;
• Manage day-to-day Purchase Order administration and procurement activities including coordinating activities with suppliers, engineers, supervisors and liaise with all party involved in the project;
• Sourcing and purchasing of materials and related products needed for company projects as well as prepare material catalogue for submission;
• Responsible to source, negotiate and purchase materials from both local and overseas vendors;
• Evaluate vendor’s quotation and liaise with project team to ensure that they are in line with the technical and commercial specifications for the project are met;
• Advise internal and external on issues regarding purchasing Terms & Conditions.
• Resolve supply, quality, service and invoicing issues with vendors;
• Assist in ISO Annual Performance Review for vendors;
• Evaluate supplier performance based on quality standards, delivery time and best prices to ensure all the criteria are met according to the organizational requirements and expectation;
• Management of existing supplier relationships and contracts and renegotiation of supplier contracts where required;
• Actively searching for alternative sources and solutions of supply;
• Working closely with Project Team members to ensure continuity of supply;
• Responsible for implementing internal procurement strategies to cater to high delivery and short lead time requirements;
• Handle office administration, ISO matters as and when required;
• Other ad hoc duties as and when assigned by the superior or management.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Mechanical/ Electrical Engineering or its equivalent;
• Minimum 1 year working experience in the building construction industry;
• Computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications;
• Independent, committed, reliable, proactive and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
