Job Description

We are looking for a meticulous and organized E-Waste Marketing Administrator to support our marketing and operational functions. This role is primarily desk-based and focuses on documentation, coordination, and backend marketing support.

The ideal candidate is structured, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling administrative tasks in a regulated and process-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing Administration

1. Assist in preparing and updating marketing materials (write-ups, online listings, simple visuals).
2. Post and manage content on platforms such as job portals, company listings, and social media.
3. Maintain records of marketing activities, leads, and campaign data.
4. Generate simple reports on marketing performance and outreach.

Operations & Documentation

• Handle daily operational paperwork (e.g. job orders, delivery orders, collection records).
• Maintain accurate documentation for e-waste collection, transfer, and disposal.
• Coordinate internally with operations team and drivers for scheduling and job updates.
• Ensure all records are properly filed and traceable for compliance purposes.

Administrative Support

• Perform data entry, document control, and filing (physical and digital).
• Assist in compliance-related documentation and submission (if required).
• Support general administrative duties within the department.

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘N’ / ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Strong administrative and organisational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel and Word).
• Comfortable handling detailed and repetitive paperwork.
• Able to work independently in a desk-based environment.
• Good written communication skills

Job Overview

The Operations Administrator supports the daily operational and administrative functions of the e-waste management business. This role is primarily desk-based and focuses on documentation, coordination of logistics, and ensuring compliance with regulatory and company procedures.

Key Responsibilities

1. Handle daily administrative tasks related to e-waste collection, disposal, and recycling operations.
2. Prepare and process operational documents (e.g. delivery orders, invoices, service reports, manifests).
3. Coordinate scheduling of collection and delivery with drivers and operations team.
4. Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing e-waste materials.
5. Ensure proper filing and documentation in line with regulatory requirements (e.g. NEA compliance, audit readiness).
6. Liaise with internal departments to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution of tasks.
7. Monitor job progress and update records or systems accordingly.
8. Assist in inventory tracking and reporting of materials handled.
9. Support preparation of reports for management and compliance purposes.
10. Perform general administrative duties such as data entry, document control, and correspondence.

Requirements

1. Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
2. Prior experience in administrative or operations support role preferred.
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
4. Strong organizational and time management skills.
5. Detail-oriented with good documentation practices.
6. Able to work independently and as part of a team.
7. Good communication and coordination skills.

Working Conditions

1. Primarily office-based (desk-bound role).
2. May require coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.
3. Standard working hours (e.g. 5 or 5.5 days work week, depending on company practice).

Preferred Attributes

1. Familiarity with waste management or recycling industry is an advantage.
2. Understanding of compliance requirements in Singapore (e.g. NEA guidelines).
3. Responsible, reliable, and able to handle routine administrative workload efficiently.

Job Scope

1. Collection and delivery of e-waste / IT equipment across Singapore
2. Loading and unloading of items (manual handling required)
3. Ensure safe transportation and proper handling of equipment
4. Assist in basic sorting or coordination at site when required
5. Maintain cleanliness and basic upkeep of company vehicle
6. Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently
7. Comply with all safety and company procedures 

Requirements

1. Valid Singapore Class 3 driving licence
2. Familiar with Singapore roads
3. Physically fit (able to carry and move equipment)
4. Responsible, punctual, and good working attitude
5. Able to work independently and as part of a team
