You will be assisting our Director in the pre and post contract stage, procurement and . In addition, you will also be involved in budgeting, controlling of cost, processing of claims, contract payments, settlement of final accounts and variation orders.

What you'll be doing
- Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for construction projects
- Analyse tender documents, drawings, and specifications to identify potential cost savings and risks
- Negotiate and manage contracts with subcontractors and suppliers
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction process
- Provide regular financial reporting and cost analyses to project managers and senior leadership
- Assist in the preparation of contract variations, claims, and final accounts
- Collaborate with the project team to ensure the successful delivery of construction projects
What we're looking for
- Minimum of 1 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Proficient in using quantity surveying software, such as Causeway and Conquest
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Must be able to communicate in mandarin with vendors
