Construction Company looking for experience HR Officer.

Office at Changi. 5days work. 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm. Transport provided from Tanah Merah MRT.

General HR duties of managing the recruitment and Talent Acquisition, Employee Development and training, Compensation and Benefits Management, Performance Management, Employee relations and Engagement, Pass Application and etc..

With computer knowledge. Fast learner, independent and willing to learn.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage daily store operations (incoming & outgoing goods)

· Receive, check, and verify delivery items against PO / delivery order

· Maintain accurate inventory records (stock count, stock movement)

· Coordinate with site team / procurement for material delivery schedule

· Ensure store cleanliness, safety, and compliance with site safety rules

· Report stock discrepancy / damaged goods / shortage issues

Requirements

· 2–3 years’ experience in construction / hardware / building materials store

· Able to handle incoming/outgoing stock independently

· Basic computer skills (Excel / inventory system)

· Familiar with construction materials (cement, steel, tools, piping.)

· Responsible & able to work independently

· Good coordination & communication skills

· Physically fit (store work environment)

1. Experience or freshgrad are welcome.

2. To co-ordinate with clients, consultants, subcontractors to ensure timely delivery of work schedule.

3. To monitor and carry out quality check on progressive completed work and make recommendation for effective project management.

4. To assist in the preparation, checking and submission of shop drawings.

5. To assist Project Engineer on all other project administrative matters.

6. Possess at least Nitec / Higher Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent.

7. Ability to work independently and under pressure to meet tight project schedules.

8. Willing to travel & based at the project site.

9. Remuneration depending on qualifications.
