Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Site Engineer to join our Construction Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and supervising site construction activities to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with engineering specifications, quality standards, and regulatory requirements. The Site Engineer will work closely with project managers, consultants, clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure the successful execution of semiconductor, cleanroom, and process piping projects.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities at project sites to ensure smooth operations and adherence to project plans
• Monitor project progress against approved drawings, specifications, method statements, and schedules to maintain quality and timelines
• Collaborate with clients, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and authorities to facilitate effective project execution
• Review engineering drawings and technical documents to verify constructability and compliance with project requirements
• Plan and allocate manpower, equipment, and material resources to optimize site operations
• Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure workmanship meets project and industry standards
• Enforce compliance with Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) regulations, company safety policies, and environmental requirements
• Identify technical issues on site and propose engineering solutions to minimize delays and maintain project flow
• Monitor subcontractor performance to ensure contractual obligations and quality standards are met
• Prepare and maintain accurate site records, daily reports, progress updates, and project documentation
• Participate in site meetings and coordinate follow-up actions with project stakeholders to resolve issues and align objectives
• Support project commissioning, testing, and handover activities to ensure smooth project completion
• Assist in preparing risk assessments, safe work procedures, and permit-to-work documentation to uphold safety standards
• Ensure all work complies with client specifications, quality requirements, and statutory regulations
• Perform other ad-hoc duties assigned by Management to support project and company goals

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in engineering and construction projects within semiconductor, cleanroom, pharmaceutical, chemical, or industrial sectors
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, P&ID, isometric drawings, and technical specifications
• Strong commitment to safety, quality, and project delivery
• Experience in process piping, HVAC systems, cleanroom facilities, utility systems, or chemical delivery systems
• Knowledge of engineering calculations, equipment selection, and detailed engineering design
• Familiarity with Process Safety Management (PSM), Hazard Identification and Risk Assessment (HIRA), and regulatory compliance requirements
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or other engineering design software
• Strong project coordination and project management capabilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fast-paced project environment
• Candidates able to commence work immediately or within short notice are highly preferred

Provide comprehensive administrative support to project and site teams, ensuring smooth site operations, accurate documentation, and effective coordination among stakeholders in a fast-paced construction environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver full administrative support to project and site teams daily to ensure operational efficiency
• Maintain accurate filing and documentation of permits, drawings, reports, contracts, and delivery orders for project compliance
• Coordinate communication and workflow between site staff, suppliers, and head office to facilitate project progress
• Prepare and assist in compiling reports, progress updates, and project documentation to support management decisions
• Perform data entry and document control to keep records accurate and current for audit and reference purposes
• Manage site office operations including inventory control of stationery, equipment, and personal protective equipment (PPE)
• Schedule meetings, site inspections, and coordinate with external parties to support project timelines
• Track submissions, approvals, and administrative deadlines to ensure timely compliance with project requirements
• Assist in procurement coordination by liaising with vendors and suppliers to support site needs
• Maintain workers’ records, training certificates, and site attendance to ensure workforce compliance and safety
• Support adherence to site safety and regulatory requirements through administrative oversight

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field to support administrative functions
• 1–3 years of administrative experience, preferably in construction or site environment, to understand site operations
• Familiarity with Singapore construction practices to ensure compliance and effective coordination

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure full compliance with Singapore Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) Act, regulations, and Codes of Practice
• Enforce adherence to project-specific safety requirements, including client standards
• Conduct site inspections, audits, and risk assessments for construction and installation activities
• Ensure all works are carried out in accordance with approved Risk Assessments (RA), Safe Work Procedures (SWP), and Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems
• Enforce cleanroom protocols including gowning procedures, contamination control, and restricted access
• Ensure compliance with EHS requirements for ultra-pure environments and sensitive equipment areas
• Supervise and control high-risk construction activities (e.g. hot works, work at height, lifting operations, confined space entry)

• Coordinate lock-out/tag-out(LOTO) procedures and energy isolation controls
• Investigate accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare detailed reports and root cause analysis

• Conduct site safety inductions, toolbox meetings, and specialized training for workers and subcontractors

Requirements:

• Registered Workplace Safety and Health Officer (WSHO) with MOM Singapore
• Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in construction safety.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore WSH regulations and high-tech industry safety standards
• Experience with PTW systems, LOTO procedures, and hazardous materials management
• Familiarity with clean room protocols and contamination control practices

We are a growing construction engineering company seeking a hands-on and committed Accountant / Senior Accounts Executive to manage the full set of accounts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a start-up / growing business environment, is adaptable, and willing to take on a broad scope of responsibilities beyond traditional accounting functions.

Key Responsibilities:

· Handle full set of accounts, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), General Ledger (GL), and month-end/year-end closing

· Prepare monthly financial statements, management reports, and variance analysis

· Manage project accounting, including tracking project costs, revenue recognition (percentage of completion), and work-in-progress (WIP)

· Ensure timely and accurate progress billing, invoicing, and collections

· Prepare and submit GST returns and ensure compliance with Singapore tax regulations

· Perform bank reconciliations, intercompany reconciliations, and maintain balance sheet schedules

· Liaise with external auditors, tax agents, and corporate secretarial firms

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management

· Establish and improve internal controls, accounting processes, and SOPs

· Assist in implementation and enhancement of accounting/ERP systems

· Provide ad-hoc financial analysis and support to management and project teams

Requirements:

· Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline, (LCCI, CAT, ACCA).

· Minimum 5 years relevant working experience.

· Prior experience in engineering, construction, or project-based industries preferred

· Strong knowledge of full set accounting and Singapore Financial Reporting Standards (SFRS)

· Hands-on experience with GST filing and IRAS compliance

· Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, MYOB, Xero) and Microsoft Excel

· Meticulous, organized, and able to meet tight deadlines

· Ability to work independently with minimal supervision

· Good oral and written communication skills (spoken and written English and Chinese to liaise with English and Chinese speaking stakeholders)
