Job Summary
The Production Coordinator is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring daily manufacturing operations to ensure production schedules are met efficiently. This role acts as a key link between production, procurement, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain smooth workflow and timely delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and monitor daily production schedules to meet customer requirements and deadlines
- Liaise with production teams to ensure materials, manpower, and equipment are available and properly allocated
- Track production progress and resolve bottlenecks or delays in a timely manner
- Collaborate with procurement and warehouse teams to ensure timely availability of raw materials and components
- Maintain accurate production records, reports, and documentation
- Assist in production planning, forecasting, and capacity analysis
- Coordinate with quality control to ensure products meet required standards
- Communicate with internal departments (sales, logistics, etc.) regarding order status and delivery timelines
- Support inventory monitoring to prevent shortages or overstocking
- Ensure compliance with workplace safety and company procedures
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and efficiency
Requirements
Education & Experience
- Diploma or Degree in Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field
- Minimum 2–5 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Experience in planning and coordination roles is preferred
Technical Skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems
- Understanding of production processes and workflow
- Knowledge of inventory control and supply chain operations
- Ability to analyze production data and generate reports

Working Conditions
