Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Department Manager in coordinating site teams for installation, maintenance, and dismantling works of company equipment.
• Plan and oversee day-to-day operational, logistics, and administrative activities
• Work closely with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure timely project delivery
• Monitor project progress and ensure compliance with safety standards, manufacturer's specifications and regulatory requirements
• Maintain proper documentation in line with company policies and ISO standards
• Assist with any ad-hoc operational duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Valid Class 3 driving license (required)
• Possession of own vehicle is an advantage
• Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Independent, responsible, and highly organized
• Team player with a hands-on approach
• Ability to read architectural or structural drawings is a plus

Working Hours

• 5.5-day work week
• Mon–Fri: 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Sat: 8:00am – 12:30pm

Key Responsibilities

• Support the Head of Operations in daily operational and administrative matters
• Coordinate with internal teams (Operations, Sales & Marketing) for project execution
• Process customer purchase orders, delivery orders, and return documentation
• Arrange equipment testing, maintenance, and handle customer inquiries or issues promptly
• Prepare tax invoices, progress claims, and statements of accounts
• Follow up on receivables and ensure timely closure of project accounts
• Liaise with vendors, verify invoices against completed work, and coordinate with Accounts for payment processing
• Perform asset, inventory, and financial reconciliations; generate monthly management reports
• Utilize ERP systems for daily operations and support system improvements
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards
• Maintain proper documentation for accounting and ISO audits
• Handle ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements

• Diploma or equivalent qualification
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines
• Team player with strong sense of responsibility and initiative
• Experience with ERP systems and/or construction industry is an advantage

Working Hours & Benefits

• Mon–Thu: 8:00am – 5:30pm
• Fri: 8:00am – 4:30pm

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in any field (Fresh graduates are welcome)
• Possess own vehicle (required for client visits)
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Self-driven, results-oriented, and able to work under pressure
• Good organizational and multitasking abilities
• Team player with strong initiative and work ethic
• Ability to read architectural/structural drawings and/or AutoCAD knowledge is an advantage
