Job Description:
Manage a portfolio of SME audit clientele
Ensure the audit engagements are carried out in accordance with the Firm's policies and procedures and with approved professional standards;
Direct the performance of the work and resolve technical matters;
Develop and maintain client relationships and identify new business development opportunities
Requirements:
A recognised degree in Accountancy or equivalent professional accounting qualifications
Relevant experience of delivering audit and other assurance services in large/mid-tier international public accounting firms
Plan and oversee the auditing processAllocate responsibilities to junior and staff auditorsReview team members’ work for accuracy and compliancePerform effective risk and control assessmentsComplete audits on time and submit reports to audit manage..

Review team members’ work for accuracy and compliance
Perform effective risk and control assessments
Complete audits on time and submit reports to audit manager
Present audit findings and find ways to increase compliance and efficiency
Coordinate periodical audits
Requirements
Proven experience as an auditor
In-depth understanding of auditing and control practices, especially FRS
Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel) and accounting software
Preferably with Big4 experience
Organizational and leadership abilities
Integrity and reliability
BSc/BA in Accounting or Finance or professional certification (e.g. ACCA, CPA) are pluses
