We are looking for a full-time Clinic Assistant to join our O&G Specialist Clinic.
Requirements:
- Singapore Citizen, PR or Work permit
- Female
- Able to work a 5.5-day work week
- No prior experience required (on-the-job training will be provided)
Responsibilities:
- Front desk and receptionist duties
- Patient registration and appointment coordination
- Chaperoning doctors during consultations
- Handling patient enquiries and providing customer support
- Basic administrative and clerical tasks
Additional Information:
- Friendly and supportive working environment
- Requires a cheerful personality due to regular patient interaction
- Customer service experience will be an advantage
- Basic computer literacy is required
