We are looking for a proactive and organised Operations Assistant to support the daily operations of our education centre. If you enjoy working in a warm, people-oriented environment and have a passion for organisation and coordination, we would love to hear from you!
What You’ll Do
- Welcome and attend to parents, students, and visitors with a warm and professional approach
- Support daily centre operations and ensure everything runs smoothly
- Assist with class scheduling and coordination of timetables
- Help organise and set up events (e.g. workshops, open houses, festive activities)
- Manage basic supplies and assist with simple purchasing tasks
- Maintain records, documents, and basic administrative data
- Handle general enquiries and communication with parents
- Provide day-to-day support to the management
- Ensure the centre remains neat, organised, and welcoming
What We’re Looking For
- Diploma or above
- Prior experience in administrative, front desk, or education-related roles is a plus
- Well-organised, detail-oriented, and responsible
- Friendly, approachable, and enjoys working with people
- Good communication skills
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office / Google tools
