Key Responsibilities:-
· To maintain documentations of projects.
· To prepare quotation for projects.
· To work out and monitor cost on each project.
· To assess and identify variation order (VO) work for each project.
· To provide support in terms of measurement and pricing on the contract's VO claim.
· To liaise with clients/ Main Contractors on VO and progress claims
· To process monthly progress claim and final claim.
Requirements:
· Minimum Diploma in any Discipline
· Preferably have experience in the role of Quality Surveyor
· Proficient in Microsoft Office, knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus
· Able to work independently, Self-Motivated & Team Player
· Keen learner and able to adapt in fast pace environment
· Good interpersonal and communication skills
