Responsibility :

• Perform troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair services for facilities and business operations.

• Receive and manage work orders, coordinating tasks according to schedules assigned by the cluster supervisor.

• Maintain and service facility electrical, mechanical systems, and equipment.

• Repair electric motors, controllers, and other related electrical components.

• Install wiring and electrical equipment, interpreting technical drawings and diagrams to determine layout and specifications.

• Isolate, dismantle, repair, and reassemble electrical equipment, ensuring proper testing and functionality.

• Inspect, maintain, and repair lighting systems.

• Monitor inventory levels and requisition materials to ensure adequate stock availability.

• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment in compliance with safety regulations.

• Support maintenance and troubleshooting of CCTV cabling systems, identifying and resolving faults or damages.

• Estimate time, materials, and resources required for assigned work orders.
  

Requirement :

• Min Nitec/ Higher Nitec in Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

• Candidate with relevant experience welcome to apply

Job Scope:

Customer Service Executive (B2B- Mon to Fri)

• Deliver high-quality customer support for certification and training services to clients

• Handle customer enquiries via phone and email with prompt and professional responses

• Prepare service quotations and guide customers through the end-to-end service delivery process

• Build and maintain strong and positive client relationships

• Coordinate closely with operations teams to ensure smooth and efficient service execution

• Maintain accurate records and perform customer service administrative duties

• Support marketing initiatives by identifying customer needs and contributing to lead generation efforts

• Collaborate with team members to achieve service excellence standards and business objectives

Reservation Officer/ Executive (Hospitality - 5 days Shift rotation)

• Handle reservation requests and enquiries across all market segments

• Maintain strong knowledge of Property Management Systems (PMS) and channel distribution tools

• Process reservations accurately and ensure all bookings are updated in a timely manner

• Assist the Revenue Manager in managing room inventory and yield optimisation

• Support revenue forecasting and channel distribution activities

• Prepare and analyse revenue reports as required

• Maintain proper administrative records and ensure all documentation is up to date

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the supervisor

Requirements:

• GCE 'O' Level / Diploma or equivalent

• Able to multitask and handle work independently in a fast-paced environment

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)

• Prior experience in customer service or administrative roles will be an advantage
