Develop, plan, and execute integrated marketing strategies to promote the centre’s services, packages, and wellness offerings.
Manage digital and offline marketing campaigns, including social media, Google Ads, Facebook/Instagram ads, and content marketing.
Oversee the centre’s online presence, ensuring consistent branding and engagement across all digital channels.
Create compelling marketing content such as articles, blog posts, social media content, and short-form videos.
Organise and support offline promotional events, exhibitions, and partnerships with healthcare and wellness providers.
Manage and coordinate print and offline marketing initiatives (e.g., brochures, flyers, press releases, collaborations) to complement digital campaigns.
Monitor, analyse, and report on marketing performance metrics, providing actionable insights and recommendations to management.
Ensure all marketing activities reflect the centre’s core brand values of care, trust, and professionalism.
Liaise with print and other stakeholders for promotional efforts
Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
Minimum 3–4 years of relevant marketing experience, preferably in hospitality, healthcare, lifestyle, or wellness sectors.
Proven experience in planning and executing both digital and offline marketing strategies.
Knowledge and experience in PR or marketing agencies is a strong advantage.
Excellent communication, copywriting, and creative storytelling skills.
Strong project management and organizational abilities with attention to detail.
Ability to work independently while being a collaborative team player.
