Role Overview
We are looking for a Digital Sales Executive to manage inbound enquiries, follow up with prospects, understand business needs, and recommend suitable digital solutions — including website development, SEO, and paid advertising (Google & Meta Ads).
You will be responsible for updating leads in the CRM system, conducting structured follow-ups, qualifying client requirements, and proposing the right mix of solutions based on business goals — whether it’s building a new website, improving search visibility, or generating leads through paid campaigns.
This role requires a basic understanding of website platforms such as WordPress, Shopify, and Wix, along with digital marketing fundamentals. You should be confident in explaining project scope, timelines, and deliverables in a clear manner.
You will manage the full sales cycle — from enquiry to closure — and ensure a smooth handover to the project team after confirmation.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage leads and ensure all enquiries are properly recorded and tracked in the CRM
- Conduct timely follow-ups via calls, WhatsApp, email, or meetings
- Understand client requirements, business goals, budget, and timelines
- Recommend suitable solutions such as website development/revamp, SEO, Google Ads, Meta Ads, and social media marketing
- Explain basic digital marketing concepts (SEO, paid ads, lead generation)
- Share standard service packages or prepare customized quotations based on scope
- Explain website features, platform differences (WordPress / Shopify / Wix), and project timelines
- Coordinate with the internal team for pre-sales clarifications
- Handle objections and guide prospects towards decision-making
- Ensure smooth handover of confirmed projects to the delivery team
- Maintain basic sales reporting and pipeline tracking
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- Prior experience in selling digital marketing or website services is preferred
- Basic understanding of website development, hosting, domains, SEO, Google Ads, and Meta Ads
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Organized, proactive, and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced SME environment
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with Canva or CRM tools is an advantage
Salary & Incentives
- Salary: SGD $2,000 – $3,000 (based on experience)
- Attractive performance-based commission
