We are seeking a talented Lead Designer - Workplace. You will be part of our design studio designing Corporate / Workplace Interior projects. Working closely with the design team, you will be responsible for developing design concepts for corporate interior projects and leading client presentations/pitches as well as design management and coordination for projects.

In Brief

● You will be responsible for working on strategizing design solutions to fit assigned programs and budgets.

● You will work on multiple projects and provide pre-design services which may include conducting feasibility studies or specifying the requirements the design must meet.

● You will work closely with the design team and manage the development of design successfully from one phase to the next, without compromise to quality, budget, or schedule.

● You will lead and participate in project meetings and Client presentations as needed & working closely with the team, you will be responsible for design management and coordination with project stakeholders as needed.

● You will provide quality control and review design documentation and schedule project team deliverables.

● You will attend Client work-sessions and design reviews as required.

● You will travel for assigned project presentations, coordination meetings and site visits as required.

Requirement:

● You have 10+ years of experience of working on Commercial interior / Corporate Interiors/Workplace design projects & managing a team.

● You have a strong design sensibility and the technical ability to develop a project from concept to execution.

● You are a team player with a positive attitude to go the extra mile.

● You have multi-tasking ability, with time management and organizational skills.

● You have a registered Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or Architecture.

● You have an excellent knowledge of design tools such as AutoCAD, Sketchup and Photoshop.

What makes the role successful:

● You will be creating 3D models from architectural plans, rough sketches or real – life objects

using special rendering software.

● You will apply textures and provide appropriate lighting techniques to the models.

● You will work with designers to understand the design intent to create 3D visuals for a range of interior projects.

● You will work on production of quality imagery including post-production work.

● You will ensure the provision of the highest possible quality information, within the pre-determined time frame for each assignment.

What We’re Looking For:

● You are a 3D visualizer with a minimum of 4 - 8 years of relevant experience of interior projects.

● You have advanced knowledge of 3D-StudioMax, V-Ray and Adobe Creative Suite.

● We are looking for someone who has experience working with advanced unreal engine, Blender

software.

● You should be able to produce results in a fast paced environment.

● You have experience in the production of quality imagery including lighting,texturing and post-production work

● You should have a good understanding of technical drawings for interior design.

● We are seeking a 3D visualiser to be part of our studio and work closely with the interior design and 3D visualization teams in the preparation of 3D renderings and animations.
