Role Overview
The Director of Employee Relations (ER) will lead the ER agenda in Singapore, ensuring a fair, respectful, and legally compliant workplace aligned with global and APAC strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary ER lead, partnering with leadership and HR to manage risks, trends, and workplace culture.
• Advise managers and HR on ER matters including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflicts.
• Lead and support investigations, ensuring fair, consistent, and compliant outcomes.
• Implement ER policies in line with local laws and global standards.
• Collaborate with Legal, Compliance, and Risk teams on case resolution.
• Analyze ER data and trends to drive improvements and preventative actions.

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years of ER or HR experience.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and ER practices.
• Experience handling complex cases and investigations.
• Strong communication, judgment, and stakeholder management skills.
• High integrity and ability to manage sensitive matters independently.

Responsibilities

• Develop and guide the sales team’s strategy and targets, leading them to meet overall goals within budget constraints.
  
• Monitor sales performance and adjust activities, account management, and sales priorities as needed to achieve objectives.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients before, during, and after conferences, exceeding their expectations to encourage repeat business.
  
• Participate in the creation of the marketing plan, sales action plan, profit plan, advertising and promotions budget, and marketing audits.
  
• Track forecasts for all group and FIT segments, identifying periods needing increased sales focus to meet targets.
  
• Mentor and motivate the sales team to reach sales objectives.
  
• Monitor group bookings in relation to room availability, types, and customer spending potential to maximize revenue from rooms and other services.
  
• Attend trade shows, travel functions, and major business events as required or directed by the Director of Sales & Marketing.
  
• Foster good working relationships with other departments, ensuring effective communication and teamwork.
  
• Perform additional duties as assigned by hotel management.
  

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management
  
• 4–6 years of hospitality sales experience 
  
• Support Director in strategic sales initiatives 
  
• Manage key accounts and assist in revenue forecasting 
  
• Strong negotiation and client relationship skills 
  
• Knowledge of hospitality CRM systems

Our Product & Tech Vision

We are building an AI‑agent–powered enterprise platform that:

1. Runs omni-channel ecommerce end‑to‑end

• PIM, OMS, inventory, pricing, store & campaign management, chat
  

2. Orchestrates full‑funnel, content, creator & performance marketing

• From strategy to campaign development to creative generation to AI video production to performance optimization.
  
• A suite of solutions to manage and optimize content generation, livestreaming operations, creator management and performance marketing at scale
  

3. Is deeply data & analytics driven, delivering insights and outcomes

• Unified data foundation, real‑time insights, actionable intelligence for both Intrepid internal teams and external enterprise clients
  

The product will first power Intrepid’s own operations (priority internal client), ensuring tight integration between tech and services. It will be architected and designed as a SaaS platform from day one—modular, API‑first, AI‑native—focused not on “selling seats” but on delivering capabilities and measurable outcomes.

The part you will play

We are looking for a visionary, execution‑obsessed Chief Product Officer to define, build, and scale this product portfolio.

You will:

• Own the end‑to‑end product vision and strategy across ecommerce enablement, social/creator commerce, live streaming, and AI‑driven solutions.
  
• Turn our service + tech know‑how into a scalable AI enterprise platform used internally and by external clients.
  
• Shape how brands, operators and creators work in the next decade of SEA ecommerce.
  

This is a highly strategic, hands‑on role for a leader who is equally comfortable:

• In front of clients and partners, framing the future with them
  
• With a product & engineering team, iterating on roadmaps and architecture, from features to UX
  
• In the numbers, owning product P&L, adoption, and impact
  

As a Chief Product Officer, you will 

1. Product Strategy & Vision

• Define and own the product vision and strategy for Intrepid’s AI‑enabled SaaS platform, aligned with company goals and the evolution of SEA ecommerce and social commerce.
  
• Translate vision into a clear, prioritized roadmap across ecommerce, social/creator commerce, analytics, and AI capabilities—for both internal teams and external enterprise clients.
  
• Identify and size new product opportunities across markets, verticals (e.g., brands, distributors, retailers, app publishers), and platforms (emerging marketplaces, AI interfaces, etc.).
  
• Ensure the product is designed as a modular, scalable enterprise platform—serving Intrepid as a core client and extensible to other enterprise customers.
  

2. Market, Customer & Ecosystem Insight

• Stay on top of SEA and China ecommerce and social commerce trends and developments —including live streaming commerce, creator‑led models, and TikTok‑driven innovations—and translate these into differentiated product capabilities.
  
• Continuously track competitors, adjacent tools, and emerging AI technologies to inform strategy, positioning, and build‑vs‑partner decisions.
  
• Engage regularly with brands, operators and partners to deeply understand needs, pain points, workflows, and willingness to pay.
  

3. Leadership & Cross‑Functional Collaboration

• Build, lead, and mentor a high‑performing product organization (PMs, product design/UX, product operations; potentially data PMs).
  
• Work in lockstep with the CTO and Engineering to align product strategy with technical architecture, AI stack, data infrastructure, and long‑term scalability.
  
• Partner closely with Commercial, Operations, Marketing, and BD to ensure strong product‑market fit, successful launches, and effective enablement of internal and external users.
  
• Create and champion product processes and rituals (discovery, validation, experimentation, roadmap governance, OKRs) that balance speed with quality.
  

4. Performance, Growth & Product P&L

• Define and track clear success metrics for each product area and major release (e.g., GMV impact, cost per order, campaign ROAS uplift, productivity, automation rates).
  
• Drive an outcome‑driven culture: from hypothesis → experiment → measurement → scale, ensuring timely delivery against milestones with visible business impact.
  
• Own the commercial performance of the product portfolio: adoption (internal and external), retention, revenue, margin, and efficiency gains.
  
• Work with Finance and Commercial teams to define pricing, packaging, and monetization models aligned with our “capabilities / outcomes, not seats” philosophy.
  

Who we are looking for - the ideal profile

Experience & Domain Expertise

• 10+ years in product leadership roles, including leading PM teams and owning product strategy for SaaS or platform products.
  
• Strong track record in ecommerce, marketplaces, adtech/martech, or social commerce—ideally with both platform and operator perspectives.
  
• Proven experience building and scaling SaaS or platform products (in Southeast Asia), navigating multiple countries, languages, and platforms.
  
• Deep understanding of:
  
• Marketplace e-commerce operations and technology
  
• Social commerce and creator‑led sales models
  
• Live streaming commerce infrastructure and operations
  
• Creator / affiliate / influencer ecosystems and tools
  
• Familiarity with China’s social commerce evolution (e.g., Taobao Live, Douyin, Kuaishou) and technology and tools relevant for TikTok Shop and SEA social commerce considered a plus.
  

AI & Data

• Hands‑on experience integrating AI/ML or Generative AI into product strategy and shipping AI‑powered features (e.g., recommendations, automation, content generation, optimization). Passionate about the potential of (Agentic) AI.
  
• Comfortable working with data and analytics: defining requirements, using data for decision‑making, and collaborating with data teams.
  

Leadership & Ways of Working

• Demonstrated ability to build and scale multi‑disciplinary product teams, foster a positive, high‑ownership culture, and develop PM talent.
  
• Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal); able to craft compelling narratives, product strategies, and client‑facing proposals. Vietnamese and Mandarin are a plus.
  
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills; comfortable structuring complex problems in models, frameworks, and processes.
  
• Thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments; able to balance strategic thinking with hands‑on execution.
