Responsibilities

· Provide support in training logistics such as registrations, invoicing, scheduling, creating attendance, notify client on confirmation of the training registration

· Managing data in spreadsheets & reports

· Performing other relevant duties when needed

Requirements

● At least 3-5 years’ relevant experience in training related matters

● Able to work in fast-paced and challenging environment

● Possess with a good customer service skill.

● Proficiency in Microsoft Office skills such as Excel and Word.

Responsibilities

• Direct and guide Room Attendants to maintain high standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and safety in guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and service areas.
  
• Conduct regular inspections of cleaning equipment and machinery to ensure proper functioning
  
• Perform room and public area checks using standardized inspection checklists for all room types and service areas
  
• Organize, prioritize, and delegate room assignments to ensure efficient room turnover
  
• Conduct daily briefings with employees and maintain effective communication within the department.
  
• Ensure Lost & Found items are handled according to SOPs and floor pantries are stocked with adequate supplies.
  
• Report maintenance issues within assigned area to the Housekeeper.
  
• Ensure compliance with company policies, guidelines, work processes and standard operating procedures by providing guidance to junior staff and new hires to ensure adherence to the requirements.
  
• Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally. 
  

Requirements

• Minimum GCE ‘O’ level or equivalent
  
• At least 2 years of housekeeping experience in a hotel setting with supervisory exposure preferred
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Willing to work rotating shifts, weekends and public holidays

Job Expectations

Supervise and guide Room Attendants to maintain guest rooms, public areas, and service corridors to the highest standards of cleanliness, comfort, and safety.

Conduct regular inspections of rooms and facilities, ensuring prompt reporting and follow-up of maintenance issues with the Engineering Department.

Handle guest requests and feedback promptly, ensuring service excellence and guest satisfaction.

Oversee daily staffing and scheduling to ensure optimal coverage based on occupancy levels.

Recommend and implement procedures and policies for housekeeping operations to keep abreast of market best practices.

Act as a people manager who communicates performance expectations in accordance with job descriptions and monitor progress.

Maintain adequate inventory of housekeeping supplies and ensure proper use and storage of equipment.

Monitor departmental expenses and support cost-control initiatives to optimize resources.

Liaise closely with Concierge, Reception, Bell Counter and Front Office Cashier on guests’ arrival and departure.

Act as an advocate on safe work practices in the workplace by ensuring that housekeeping employees follow established safety regulations when using work equipment and supplies.

Provide directions to external vendors such as the public area cleaners, pest control, landscape, and laundry to ensure that service level agreements are met.

Schedule periodic works with outsource cleaning supplier for lobby area, public restrooms, corridors, meeting rooms, as well as carpet shampooing.

Perform any other duties assigned by supervisors, carrying them out diligently and professionally.

Requirements

Minimum Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Tourism, or related field.

At least 3–4 years of housekeeping experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory role.

Strong leadership and team coordination skills with attention to detail.

Service-oriented with the ability to assist in maintaining high cleanliness and operational standards.

Proficient in housekeeping management systems and familiar with scheduling and inventory procedures.

Hospitality certifications (e.g., CERT, service excellence, or operations management) are an advantage.

Professional, well-groomed, and composed in daily staff and guest interactions.

Job Description

• Develop detailed radio frequency (RF) translation plans and system architectures
• Evaluate key performance parameters such as gain, noise figure (NF), signal-to-noise ratio (SNR), dynamic range, linearity, and power consumption to ensure a robust and predictable design
• Collaborate with CAD engineers to drive PCB implementation, with a focus on clean power supply design, interconnect integrity, EMI compliance, and RF transmission performance
• Participate in design reviews and prepare comprehensive documentation across all stages of development, from concept to final prototype testing and characterization
• Perform parametric evaluation of transceivers, including Pout, IMD/IP3, EVM, and noise parameters using spectrum analyzers and modulation analyzers
• Conduct wireless link-level functional evaluations to complete product characterization
• Work closely with product engineering teams on certification processes, new product introduction (NPI), and Transfer of Technology (ToT) for high-volume production

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Communication Engineering, Digital Communication Engineering, or a related field
• Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Hands-on experience in the design and integration of RF, analog, and mixed-signal blocks such as power amplifiers (PA), low-noise amplifiers (LNA), mixers, frequency synthesizers, filters, couplers, detectors, and microcontrollers
• Solid understanding of deriving specifications from system-level requirements
• Experience with CAD tools and familiarity with evaluation workflows and RF test equipment for performance validation
• Basic scripting skills (e.g., Bash, Python) for test automation are an advantage
