An F&B Executive's primary responsibility is to manage daily food and beverage operations by ensuring superior customer service, maintaining hygiene and safety standards, and overseeing staff and inventory. Key duties include managing service delivery, handling customer complaints, training employees, monitoring costs, and ensuring food quality and consistency. The role requires strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a focus on adapting to a fast-paced environment and improving overall operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Operations Management:Coordinate and supervise daily Front of House and Back of House operations to ensure smooth functioning.
• Customer Service:Deliver excellent customer service, respond to complaints, and strive to maximize customer satisfaction.
• Staff Management:Train and supervise F&B staff, conduct performance appraisals, and provide feedback to improve productivity and adhere to service standards.
• Food & Beverage Standards:Ensure consistency in food preparation, taste, and presentation, and uphold high standards of hygiene and safety.

We are seeking a high-energy, experienced to oversee the operations of our three Thai restaurant outlets. You will be responsible for maintaining the authenticity of our brand, ensuring consistent food quality across all locations, and driving profitability. The ideal candidate balances a "boots-on-the-ground" leadership style with high-level strategic planning.

Key Responsibilities

1. Operational Excellence & Quality Control

• Conduct regular site visits to all three locations to ensure brand standards, service speed, and Thai hospitality are consistent.

• Enforce strict food safety and sanitation protocols (HACCP/Local Health Dept standards).

• Coordinate with Head Chefs to ensure recipe adherence and ingredient consistency.

2. Financial Management

• Oversee P&L for all outlets; manage labor costs, COGS (Cost of Goods Sold), and wastage.

• Develop and implement local marketing strategies to drive foot traffic and delivery sales.

• Monitor inventory levels and negotiate with suppliers for bulk-buy discounts across the group.

3. People & Leadership

• Recruit, train, and mentor Restaurant Managers for each outlet.

• Foster a positive work culture that celebrates Thai culture and excellent customer service.

• Manage scheduling and performance reviews for senior staff.

4. Customer Experience

• Monitor online reviews and guest feedback, implementing corrective actions when necessary.

• Ensure the physical environment (decor, music, lighting) reflects our brand identity at every location.

Requirements

• Experience: 2+ years in a Multi-Unit Manager or Area Manager role within the F&B industry.

• Cuisine Knowledge: Strong familiarity with Thai cuisine and service culture is highly preferred.

• Business Acumen: Deep understanding of restaurant financial reporting and KPI tracking.

• Logistics: Ability to travel frequently between the three outlets.

• Soft Skills: Excellent conflict resolution skills and the ability to lead diverse teams.
