Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage daily manufacturing operations to achieve production targets, quality standards, and safety requirements.
• Lead and supervise production teams, ensuring efficient manpower deployment and workflow management.
• Monitor production processes, equipment performance, and maintenance activities.
• Coordinate and arrange deliveries of raw materials, production supplies, and finished goods.
• Liaise with suppliers, transporters, and customers to ensure timely material deliveries and shipments.
• Manage inventory levels and stock control to support uninterrupted production.
• Investigate and resolve production, operational, and logistics issues.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, workplace safety, and environmental regulations.
• Perform other operational and ad hoc duties assigned by management.

Work Environment :

• This is a hands-on management role requiring active involvement in factory operations.
• Candidates must be willing to assist with operational tasks, material handling and production support when required.
• Able to work under pressure and respond to urgent production and delivery requirements.
• Willing to work extended hours when necessary to meet operational demands.
• Willing to work rotating shifts, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
• Required to be on-call and available to support production operations during off-hours and emergency situations.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Progress Monitoring

> Gather daily updates from teams

> Track activities, manpower deployment, and equipment usage

2. Reporting

> Compile daily activity logs and resource utilization reports

> Draft and submit weekly progress reports with clear summaries

> Highlight completed milestones, outstanding tasks, and deviations from the project plan

3. Issue Escalation

> Identify and flag critical concerns or delays to the Project Manager for timely resolution

4. Communication

> Assist in preparing summary briefs for client presentations and internal reviews

5. Documentation Management

> Maintain organized records of weekly reports

> Support version control and proper archiving of all project documentation

Prerequisite

1. Education

- Diploma in Management or a related field.

2. Experience

- 1–2 years of relevant working experience in project coordination or a similar role.

3. Skills

- Good organizational and time management skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Able to multitask and work under pressure.

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

- Problem-solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities :

Requirements :

• Company located at Gul Circle. (Transport provided at Choa Chu Kang & Joo Koon MRT)
• 5 days work week, 8am to 530pm.

• Drive company lorry to deliver materials, tools, and equipment
• Conduct daily vehicle checks and ensure roadworthiness
• Load and unload materials or heavy items when required
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of the vehicle
• Follow site safety rules and safe driving practices
• Report vehicle defects, accidents, or incidents promptly
• Maintain basic delivery and transport records
• Follow traffic laws.
• Follow accident procedures.

Job Requirements

• Valid Class 4 Driving License
• Familiar with Singapore roads

Job Description

• Prime mover driver with trailer
• Transporting of goods/cargoes, delivery to site as arrangeed by operations controller
• Follow all safety protocols
• Proper handling and standard maintenance upkeep of vehicles are a must
• Coorperate fully with company staff

Requirement

• Possess valid class 4/5 Driving licence and able to handle heavy load of goods
• Experience driver with good driving records preferred
• Familiar with port operations/ Singapore road
• Hardworking and good working attitude
