Job Purpose
The Assistant Engineer, Track Renewal is responsible to lead and manage a teamof technical Officers and contractors to carry out system-wide repair,maintenance and replacement of all track components such as rails, switches andcrossings so as to support SMRT in providing safe and reliable train service toour commuters.

Job Purpose

To operate and maintain all electrical and power-related system equipment installed in SMRT in compliance with our Quality objective as stated in our QP/WIs/Work Records.

Responsibilities

1. To plan, lead and oversee preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works on electrical / power system related equipment to meet the Quality objective as stated in our QP and ensure all work in compliance with relevant procedures and safety requirement.

Station Duties

Assistant Station Manager supports the day-to-day station operations. These include preparing the station for rail service, ensuring safety and security of station premises, providing ticketing and fare related services. He/She monitors commuter flow and manages crowds during peak hours and/or during service degradation. He/She will also provide first aid as part of Emergency Response Team when required. Train Duties

Job Purpose

The Administration and Facility Management Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations and upkeep of corporate office premises. The role ensures a safe, functional, and efficient working environment by managing facilities, supervising contractors, and supporting key office functions such as space planning, equipment maintenance, and safety compliance.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with landlord and relevant vendors on building and facility-related matters.
• Support in procurement activities, including tendering, evaluation, recommendation, and awarding of facilities-related contracts.
• Manage and supervise contractors to ensure service standards are met and issues are resolved promptly.
• Manage and monitor building systems such as gantry access control, parking lots allocation, security, meeting room reservation systems, and AV equipment.
