Job Description
Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, follow up on accounts and leads
build good rapport with customers, understand customer needs and requirements
answering to phone calls, emails and enquiries, serve walk-in customers
maintain and expand database of customers
identify sales opportunities and closing sales
work closely with Sales team and provide support in the planning, coordination and execution of any activities
