Job Summary

You will support accounting and HR functions by maintaining accurate records, assisting recruitment and onboarding, managing office supplies, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Report directly to the Senior Accountant and HR Specialist to complete assigned tasks accurately and timely
• Digitally store and update bookkeeping data annually to maintain organized financial records
• Reorganize and consolidate employee bio files by merging duplicates into a single, accessible location
• Maintain accurate HR system records (Info-Tech) for payroll, leave, claims, and attendance to support payroll processing
• Support recruitment by posting job openings, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with Hiring Managers and Senior HR staff
• Prepare official HR documents such as appointment, employment, and increment letters with attention to detail
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding by updating HR systems, managing internal Excel files, issuing equipment, and arranging seating
• Provide administrative support to the Accountant for accounts-related tasks to ensure smooth financial operations
• Manage procurement of office supplies including uniforms, stationery, and consumables to maintain office readiness
• Manage and maintain the company mailbox to ensure timely handling of correspondence
• Answer incoming phone calls and transfer them to the appropriate departments promptly
• Assist with general accounting and HR administrative duties and perform ad hoc tasks as assigned
• Uphold employee confidentiality and adhere to the Non-disclosure Agreement to protect company information

Position Overview

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing & Social MediaExecutive to support brand growth, lead generation, and digital presence. Key Responsibilities

1. Social Media Management

• Manage and maintain the company’s social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook)

2. Content Development

• Create high-quality visual and written content including posts, short-form videos, and marketing materials

3. Digital Marketing & CampaignExecution

• Assist in the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, etc.)
• Monitor campaign performance and recommend improvements
• Support SEO/SEM initiatives including keyword optimisation and website content updates

4. Lead Generation & Outreach

• Execute outbound marketing efforts including cold email campaigns and prospect outreach
• Maintain and update lead databases/CRM systems
• Track and report on lead generation performance and conversion rates

5. Website Management

• Update and maintain website content (portfolio, project showcases, blogs)
• Ensure consistency in branding and messaging across all digital platforms
• Work with internal or external developers where required (e.g., WordPress updates)

6. Marketing Collateral & Support

• Develop marketing materials such as presentations, proposals, brochures, and portfolios
• Support exhibition, event, and project-based marketing initiatives
• Ensure all collateral aligns with corporate branding standards

7. Internal Coordination

• Collaborate with internal teams (sales, design, project management) to gather content and align marketing efforts
• Support cross-functional communication to ensure timely execution of campaigns

8. Reporting & Analytics

• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports
• Track key metrics including engagement, reach, lead generation, and campaign ROI

Requirements

• Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
• 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing or social media management
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency in content creation tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite is a plus)
• Familiarity with social media platforms, analytics tools, and ad management platforms

Our growing company is seeking to hire a sales manager who will be responsible for supervising and organising our sales team. You will oversee managing the team’s effort by developing sales strategies, outreach with team members, and coordinating with our marketing department on lead generation. You will also be tasked with overseeing the activities and performance of your sales team by tracking sales goals, setting individual sales targets, and facilitate the ongoing training of your salespeople.

In order to succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills and the ability to lead a sales team. Similar experience in a sales-related role as leader and within our similar trade is required. Event and exhibition carpentry, and large format printing.

• Building and managing sales team.
