Job Description:

1. Promptly label and respond to global customer feedback received through the app help center or email.

2. Escalate abnormal cases to the relevant departments, follow up, and ensure a closed-loop resolution for customer issues.

3. Maintain key customer service performance metrics, including response time, labeling accuracy, and user satisfaction.

4. Collect and analyze customer feedback, providing actionable insights to improve the product and overall user experience.

5. Monitor and manage app reviews on Google Play and the Apple Store

6. Support ad-hoc projects and process improvements as needed to meet business goals.

Job Requirements:

1. Minimum one year of experience in customer service, user operations, or a related role.

2. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; proficiency in Mandarin is a plus.

3. Willingness to work rotational shifts, including weekends and public holidays, if required.

Responsibilities

• Translate content from Chinese to English, including:
  - Operating rules of new activities in the StarMaker app
  - UI interface content
  - Game rules, features, and equipment descriptions
• Ensure high-quality English translation, which will serve as the source language for translations into 10+ other languages.
• Post well-translated content to the translation team and collaborate to maintain consistency and clarity across languages.
• Complete translation tasks based on business needs — typically same-day completion, with occasional carryover during busy periods.

Qualifications

• Strong Chinese–English translation skills with proven experience.
• Prior experience in app, game, or internet product localization (music-related apps a plus).
• Detail-oriented with excellent time management and ability to meet deadlines.
• Responsible, proactive, and able to communicate effectively within a team.
• Comfortable working under pressure.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience translating for apps, games, or social media products.
