Responsibilities
- Guide, mentor, and motivate staff to achieve defined performance targets
- Monitor daily operations to maintain efficiency and meet deadlines
- Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to improve employee performance
- Manage disciplinary actions to uphold workplace standards and policies
- Train new team members on job duties, safety protocols, and company procedures to ensure compliance and readiness
- Act as liaison between management and employees by reporting progress and resolving workplace issues
- Ensure a safe, secure, and compliant work environment by enforcing safety and regulatory standards
Required competencies and certifications
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience in an office environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
