Responsibilities

• Negotiate with vendors to ensure required delivery dates are met, resolve escalated issues within execution horizon, eg. expedite/ de-expedite not agreed by suppliers.
• Provide visibility into material constraints, changes to the supplier delivery dates and any bottlenecks (operational) to other Planners
• Conduct regular demand reviews with suppliers to help identify any potential supply issues in the future
• Support identification of opportunities to increase agility with suppliers
• Projects - Inventory Reduction Initiative
• Inventory Analysis of individual category

Requirements

• 2 to 3 years experience in Supply Chain, preferably with experience in materials/supply planning, sourcing / purchasing and supplier management
• Knowledge of supply management / collaboration, inventory management and procurement
• Advanced knowledge of, and experience with sourcing and supplier management activities for raw material and components in mechanics / electronics
• Knowledge of, and experience with supply planning and supplier collaboration tools.
• University Degree in Supply Chain or Business Management

We are looking for a collaborative and detail-oriented Software Test Engineer to join our R&D team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the quality of our B2B software products, working across the full software testing life cycle in an agile environment and contributing directly to the reliability of hearing solutions that improve people’s lives.

What you will do

• Design and execute comprehensive test cases from requirements, ensuring high coverage across different testing phases

• Develop, enhance and maintain test suites using BDD practices, including writing and maintaining Gherkin scenarios aligned with business requirements

• Track and investigate defects using defect management tools with development teams throughout the resolution process

• Prepare clear and detailed test reports supported by execution evidence, communicating quality status and risks to key stakeholders

• Work closely with developers, business analysts and product owners for early testing involvement and convert testing strategies into test specifications

• Take ownership of product quality and proactively support team members to improve overall testing effectiveness

What you bring

• Degree in computer science or a related field

• 3 to 5+ years of experience in manual software testing and test automation; experience in medical product testing would be an advantage

• Strong understanding of the Software Testing Life Cycle, including testing methodologies, techniques and levels

• Good communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work as an individual contributor and as part of a cross-functional team

• Experience in agile/scrum environments with hands-on client coordination

• Proficient in defect management tools such as Azure DevOps, ALM, or TFS, with a strong understanding of defect tracking, triage, and resolution

We are seeking a Supply Planner to join our WSA team! This role will support planning activities with a strong focus on improving processes within planning that are heavily reliant on Excel-based workflows. You will be responsible for identifying current-state process gaps, assessing risks and inefficiencies, and supporting standardization, automation, and system-based improvements that strengthen operational effectiveness.

The role

Identify, assess, and improve planning workflows

• Assess planning and supply planning workflows heavily dependent on Excel files to identify inefficiencies, risks, and bottlenecks
• Support transition to standardized, automated, or system-based processes
• Document current and future-state processes to clarify operations and drive alignment

Support MPS automation and simulation capability

• Automate the MPS process to enable sustainable, repeatable simulations that respond to frequent forecast changes
• Improve reliability, usability, and repeatability of planning outputs through collaboration with stakeholders

Lead accessories planning coordination

• Drive coordination and governance across accessories planning to ensure alignment and consistency
• Promote best-practice processes and effective collaboration across planning teams

Track initiatives and communicate progress

• Monitor implementation of improvement initiatives and track progress against agreed actions
• Provide regular updates on progress, risks, and outcomes to stakeholders

What we're looking for

• Bachelor in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Analytics, or a related field 
• 2-3 years of planning experience, with exposure to supply planning, tactical planning, or related planning environments preferred
• Knowledge of planning principles and supply chain operations is required
• Proficiency in Python and SQL, with the ability to use data to analyze issues and support process improvement initiatives
• Advanced analytical skills with the ability to identify trends, assess risks, and translate findings into practical recommendations.
