Reports to Associate Dean.
When you are assigned to work on a project, the Project Leader isyour Superior, and you will report to your Project Leader. The Project Leaderwill also carry out the appraisal base on your performance.
Academic Planning & Operations
- Ensure timely issuance and distribution of timetables, lecturer deployments, and administrative tasks pre and post term.
- Ensure lecturers complete their administrative processes pre and post modules.
- Maintain, update and administer the LearningManagement System (LMS), and content update for all modules.
- Coordinate examination processes - compileexamination papers, obtain exam board approval on exam markings, resultsposting and audit compliance.
- Conduct academic audits and compile reports onmodule / exam outcomes.
- Develop, implement and maintain policies and processes in alignment with SkillsFuture Singapore (SSG) requirements.
Strategic Academic and Curriculum Support
- Assist faculty and external stakeholders in curriculum design, review, and innovation.
- Support effective pedagogies, educational technologies, and AI-enabled learning initiatives.
- Contributeto academic strategy and participate in cross-functional projects.
- Support SISH Student Council, lead student intervention processes and assist in school functions, activities and events.
- Record and report all activities to management on amonthly basis.
- Other academic-related administration or activitytasks that may be assigned by the Associate Dean.
- Collaborate with other SISH members on tasksassigned by the Associate Dean.
Others
- Assist in other duties / responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time.
- An employee is expected to work above and beyond his / her working hours to meetthe requirements of his / her work responsibilities.
