Trouble shoot and repair motherboards/mobile issues, including glass replacement for LCD for all major brands for Oppo mobile phones
Operate test equipment and/or grading software system
Perform cosmetic inspections
Provide technical and process support to customers
Other ad-hoc duties assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Minimum 1 year of mobile phone servicing experience is preferred
Passion for customer service and ownership of the customer experience including comprehensive issue resolution
