Responsibilities
- Collaborate with main contractors to plan and monitor civil and infrastructure work progress, ensuring alignment with project schedules
- Supervise construction activities to verify compliance with contract drawings and specifications
- Prepare detailed correspondence reports that include corrective actions and value-added recommendations based on best practices
- Maintain accurate daily work records, including documenting additional work claims for clients and subcontractors
- Perform other assigned ad-hoc duties to support project objectives
Required competencies and certifications
- Apply knowledge of civil and infrastructure works to effectively oversee construction projects
- Demonstrate ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
- Manage work schedules including six-day work weeks and shift work during critical project phases
- Operate effectively while stationed at the site office
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the construction industry
