What You Will Be Doing
Operational Management
Supervise and coordinate daily shipping operations to ensure smooth and timely transportation of goods.
Plan and manage consolidation boxes for overseas shipments.
Arrange and coordinate deliveries and pickups with all relevant parties, including logistics and warehouse teams.
Documentation & Compliance
Prepare and oversee accurate shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Permits, and Certificates of Origin.
Handle and declare all types of import/export permits.
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations, customs requirements, and company protocols.
Customer & Stakeholder Communication
Liaise with customers, co-loaders, and overseas agents for shipment arrangements and issue resolution.
Establish and maintain strong relationships with shipping vendors, carriers, and hauliers.
Monitoring & Improvement
Use and oversee systems to monitor shipments, billing, and documentation, ensuring accuracy and prompt updates.
Identify opportunities to optimize shipping efficiency and reduce costs.
Resolve shipping, transportation, or documentation issues to maintain service standards.
