Key Responsibilities:

• To oversee projects undertaken by the Group within schedule, cost, and quality.
• Responsible to manage each phase of project from design to completion and ensuring efficient use of resources.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, preferably recognizable by Institute of Engineers Board, Singapore.
• 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as Project Manager in Construction Industry especially on Civil Engineering.
• Entry level candidates will be considered for Project Engineer role.
• Preferably own transport with Class 3 or Motorbike driving license.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new construction project opportunities.
• Support evaluation of project viability, pricing strategy, and risk assessment.
• Attend site meetings, client briefings, and industry networking event.
• Assist in negotiating contract terms and project agreements.
• Support smooth handover from tender stage to project execution.
• Ensure client requirements are properly communicated to internal teams.
• Track construction market trends, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business, or related field
• 2–5 years of experience in construction, tendering, QS, or business development roles
• Familiarity with construction contracts, drawings, and tender processes
• Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Key Responsibilities:

• Update and maintain records for accounts payable and petty cash.
• Review AP aging and report any exceptions or unusual transactions.
• Reconcile vendors’ statements of account (SOA) with company accounting records, focusing on major suppliers.
• Update and maintain records of accounts receivable.
• Create and issue sales invoices accurately and on time.
• Prepare AR aging reports and follow up on overdue accounts to ensure timely collection.
• Prepare general ledger entries in accordance with audit schedules.
• Perform monthly and yearly closing for small entities.
• Handle the full set of accounts for small entities.
• Assist in the preparation of GST returns, corporate income tax returns, and Estimated Chargeable Income (ECI).
• Support quarterly, half-yearly, and year-end stock take conducted by the finance department.
• Prepare stock take variance reports for review by supervisors.
• Ensure accurate billing by generating and sending invoices according to the company’s schedule.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: ITE in Accounting.
• Minimum 2 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Experience handling full set of accounts, accounts payable/receivable, and ledger preparation.
• Prior exposure to small entity accounting and monthly/year-end closing.
• Familiarity with stock take processes and variance reporting.
• Knowledge of GST, corporate tax, and standard accounting principles.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Analytical and problem-solving skills for reconciling accounts and reporting exceptions.
• Ability to meet deadlines and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Good communication skills for liaising with vendors, management, and auditors.

• Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle management including employee onboarding and offboarding processes, preparing employment contracts, conducting orientation sessions, and coordinating exit interviews.
• Lead and manage the full recruitment cycle, including job posting, sourcing candidates, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and facilitating the selection and offer process.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract suitable candidates.

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process, including timely communication and interview coordination.

• Maintain and update HR & Compensation & Benefits (C&B) documents, such as employee handbooks and benefits policies.
• Address employee inquiries related to HR policies, benefits, and other HR-related matters.

• Administer leave, deductions, and claims for employees.

Requirements:

• Min Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or other related courses of studies or equivalent
• At least 2 years of similar HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and able to handle multiple tasks effectively.
• Proficient in HRIS system, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and MS PowerPoint.
• Proficient in the English language, both verbal and written.
