Key Responsibilities
Safely transport employer and/or family members to and from appointments, meetings, events, airport, and other destinations
Ensure punctual arrival and efficient route planning to avoid delays
Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and overall condition of the assigned vehicle at all times
Conduct routine vehicle checks (fuel, tire pressure, engine oil, etc.) and arrange servicing/repairs when necessary
Keep accurate records of mileage, fuel consumption, servicing, and expenses
Handle confidential information with discretion
Assist with loading/unloading items when required
Run errands such as document delivery, banking, or parcel collection as instructed
Comply with all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies
Requirements
Valid Class 3 driving license (or relevant local equivalent) with clean driving record
Minimum 3–5 years of driving experience (experience as a personal or corporate driver preferred)
Familiar with local roads, traffic patterns, and alternative routes
Good knowledge of vehicle maintenance
Well-groomed, polite, and professional demeanor
Punctual, responsible, and trustworthy
Flexible working hours, including weekends or overtime when required
Able to maintain strict confidentiality
