Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to

1. Maintain, Support, Upgrade and Monitoring of club network infrastructure – Firewall, WiFi, Switches & VPN
2. Installation, Configuration and Monitoring of Windows Servers & HyperV Virtualization and OS-related software.
3. Configuration and Monitoring of club WiFi network using Ruckus Domain Controller.
4. Ensure that server & client’s PC backups are performed and checked on a regular basis.
5. Maintain up to date documentation for all servers, network devices, application software admin and user manual.
6. Daily administration of AD, email system and club application software, include user and group management
7. Assist in IT planning, coordinating with vendors and clients for hardware/software purchases, product services, and support.
8. Any ad-hoc tasks assigned by IT Manager / IT Asst. Manager.

Skills & Experience required:

1. Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or Engineering.
2. ITIL foundation level knowledge is required.
3. Minimum 4 years of experience in IT industry.
4. Positive attitude, excellent verbal and written communication skills.
5. Knowledge on project management to assist in infrastructure / digitalization projects.
6. Experience in Network Infrastructure, Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016, Microsoft 365 / Exchange and Microsoft HyperV Virtualization.

Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for the maintenance and repair of the golf course, including greens, tees, fairways and bunkers.
2. Turf management - Oversee daily maintenance tasks, including mowing (greens, tees, fairways) aeration, top - dressing and fertiliser / pesticide application.
3. Course set up - Perform daily hole cutting, bunker raking, setting Tee markers and ensuring pristine presentation.
4. Irrigation/Watering - Manual hand watering and turning on sprinkler heads.
5. Spraying fertilizers, insecticide and herbicides.
6. Safety and Compliance - Ensure compliance with all pesticides / herbicide application regulations, OSHA safety standard and environmental requirements.
7. Equipment care - Perform routine inspection and maintenance of turf equipment and sprayers.
8. Performs works assigned by supervisors.
9. Performs projects and returfing works delegated by supervisor.

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to

1. Perform pre and post kitchen housekeeping chores
2. Prepare and cook the food items as stated on the Captain order
3. Replenish the food supplies in the store accordingly to the daily par stock requirements
4. Prepare the food ingredients, sauces and soups that are necessity items for the daily restaurant operations
5. Check the bar chillers and fridge and maintain at required temperature at all times
6. Inform the service staff on the daily food items availability
7. Ensure the presentations of the food items are appealing to the members before serving to the table
8. Maintain a high standard of the kitchen cleanliness before and after the kitchen operations
9. Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management or your reporting Supervisor/Manager

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/"O" Level, Professional Certificate/NiTEC in Food & Beverage Services Management or equivalent.
• Must be able to read/speak/write simple English
• At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
• Required Skill(s): food and hygience, cooking skill, team player
• Preferably Non-Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
• 6 days work per week including weekends and Public Holiday.

General Duties (Golfing & Sports Complex Changing Rooms)

• Issue towels and locker keys, ensuring all items are accounted for and in good condition
• Inspect, disinfect, and maintain lockers regularly
• Replenish and maintain vanity, toilet, and shower area supplies and amenities, including toiletries, tissue boxes, comb sterilizer machines, hair dryers, lotions, sunscreen, shampoo & shower gel etc.
• Pack used towels in Laundry Bag for collection 
• Report maintenance and facility issues promptly to the facilities team and escalate urgent matters when required
• Inform the Executive promptly of any incidents, operational issues, member feedback, or matters requiring attention
• Coordinate with cleaning staff to ensure timely cleaning and waste disposal
• Carry out deep cleaning of lockers and shower dispensers during scheduled Golf closure periods
• Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across all facilities

Additional Duties for Sports Complex

• Operate the Sports Complex counter and provide member/guest assistance
• Record towel issuance accurately in the towel management system
• Issue RFID tags and locker access for sports facilities users
• Handle facility bookings using the computer system
• Process billing and payments via the computer system and NETS machine
• Ensure accurate recording of transactions and facility usage records

Job Responsibilities include, but not limited to

1. Assists the Senior Mechanic.

2. Performs work in overhaul and repairs of automotive and other powered equipment.

3. Assists in electric and gas welding.

4. Lubricate and service automotive/ turf equipment.

5. Ensure all workshop equipment and facilities are maintained in good condition.

6. Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in work area.

7. Inspect equipment for operating deficiencies and makes routine adjustments as necessary.

8. Inspect, change and repair tires.

9. Repairs and adjusts the engine and cutting mechanism on a wide variety of heavy and light equipment.

10. Troubleshoot cutting unit defect.

11. Reel and Bedknife grinding and adjustments of cutting height.

12. Perform automotive-type body repair and painting work.

13. Enter job details onto job sheets for admin updating (Machine History Filing)

14. Performs other duties as assigned by the Head of Department. Notwithstanding the above, you will be expected to undertake other duties as directed by the Superintendent or Golf Manager from time to time

Responsibilities:

1. Create and maintain good and friendly customer relations with members and guests.

2. Attend to members’ enquiries, requests and bookings on the phone and in-person

3. Perform billing duties including but not limited to membership verification, billing entries, administering different modes of payment and end-of-day summary.

4. Perform daily tasks including to checking and replenishing items, inventory checks, and reporting facilities and equipment that needs servicing and/or replacement.

5. Perform daily bowling operations at the bowling reception counter.

6. Issuance and recording of equipment and items loaned to members, guests and staff.

7. Ensure that members and guests abide by Club’s byelaws when using Sports & Social facilities.

8. Maintain upkeep of main reception and bowling counters to ensure all equipment are in working order.

9. Provide administrative support to membership and finance departments.

10. Transfer external calls received to respective departments.

11. Maintain and perform data entry.

12. Assist administrative team in event support including cold calls and event registration.

13. To decorate and oversee the birthday bowling parties held at Seletar Bowl where required

14. To handle bowling competitions, leagues and scoring of the bowlers.

15. To work on rotation at main reception and bowling reception as scheduled

16. Keep abreast with general club updates and upcoming events and promotions to provide members with accurate information.

17. Announce messages over Club PA system where necessary.

18. Notwithstanding the above, you are required to undertake any other responsibilities assigned by the Management.

Requirements:

· Basic computer literacy

· Working proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel

· Able to speak and write English proficiently

· Customer service experience would be an advantage

Responsibilities:

1.      To protect the properties of the Club.

2.      To patrol designated locations within the Club compound at regular intervals.

3.      To conduct investigations if breach of security is suspected.

4.      All incidences to be updated in the incident report form for further actions or for record purpose.

5.      Issuing of the keys when requested by staff and maintaining proper records when issuing and returning of keys.

6.      Monitoring of the club premises via CCTV and to conduct simple investigations when necessary.

7.      Conduct random checks on vehicles parked at the club to make sure non-members park at the designated lots.

8.       To perform wheel clamp on unauthorized parking within the club.

9.      To issue warning notices to drivers when they do not follow parking guidelines at the club.

10.  To exchange visitor, pass for part timer to access with-in club premises.

11.   To check proper recording of working hours is maintained by part-timers when they commence and finish work at the club.

12.  To maintain records of lost & found items and to make sure those items are kept safely under key and lock.

13.  Covering duties with extended hours when other security officer is away on leave/medical leave. (Perm Night 2200H to 0700H / Supporting from 1900h to 0700H)

14.  Cordoning of carpark lots for events or management meetings.

15.  To assist maintenance team when there is a fire alarm activation.

16.  To participate and assist during the annual fire alarm drill involving all club staff.

17.  Notwithstanding the above, you are expected to undertake any other duties that are assigned to you by the Management.

Responsibilities:

Marketing & Communications

• Lead and oversee all marketing initiatives and strategies in alignment with the Club’s objectives and branding.
• Plan, strategize and execute integrated marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, revenue growth and patronage of the Club’s facilities, food and beverage outlets, events and services.
• Work closely with internal stakeholders and departments to support their marketing and promotional needs.
• Develop and maintain the Club’s branding standards and ensure consistency across all marketing and communication materials.
• Spearhead corporate publicity, promotional campaigns and communication initiatives including membership launches, special events and corporate activities.
• Liaise with the communications team and external vendors on the production and updating of promotional materials such as corporate videos, brochures, pamphlets and digital content.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships, sponsorships and collaborative marketing opportunities locally and internationally to enhance the Club’s market presence.
• Assess and review the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and recommend improvements for continuous enhancement.

MICE , Banquet & Wedding Sales

• Develop and execute sales strategies to drive MICE, banquet, wedding and event revenue for the Club.
• Identify business opportunities and actively source for corporate clients, event organisers , wedding couples, wedding planners and strategic partners.
• Manage enquiries, proposals, negotiations and coordination for banquet, meeting, wedding and event bookings.
• Work closely with relevant departments to ensure smooth planning, execution and delivery of events and functions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and business partners to encourage repeat business and referrals.
• Monitor market trends and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities for business growth and service enhancement.
• Track sales performance, revenue targets and customer satisfaction relating to MICE, banquet, wedding and event operations.

Leadership& Management

• Lead, mentor and develop the team to achieve departmental objectives and maintain high performance standards.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure effective execution of departmental functions and initiatives.
• Plan, manage and monitor departmental budgets, expenditure and resources to ensure cost effectiveness and alignment with approved budgets.
• Prepare management reports, presentations and performance analysis for stakeholders and Management.
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, strategic partners and sponsors.
• Liaise closely with the Sponsorship, Advertising & Marketing Sub-Committee to support the development and execution of sponsorship, advertising and marketing initiatives, and to drive revenue generation and brand visibility for the Club.
• Lead and drive projects and campaigns linked to sales, revenue generation and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI).
• Undertake any other duties as assigned by Management/General Manager.

1. Provide fullspectrum human resource functions support including recruitment, payrollprocessing and administration, compensation and benefits, employee relationsand retention programs, employee learning and development etc.

2. Assist andsupport in providing HR advisory service to line functions and ensure allemployment activities and HR practices are aligned with HR policies and incompliance with employment legislations.

3. Liaise closelywith hiring managers on their recruitment requirements, establish and manageall recruitment resources and activities creatively and effectively to deliverconsistent and timely manpower results. 

4. Process andmonitor all work pass matters including application, renewal, cancellation ofpass holders, security bond, updates of OFWAS etc.

5. Handle allrecruitment processes and its related administrations from onboarding tooffboarding of employees as well as any other employment changes i.e.confirmation, transfer, deployment, re-employment etc.

6. Provide timelyand accurate payroll processing and all related reports as well as allstatutory reports submissions and filing requirements e.g. IR21, CPF, IRAS, NSetc, and ensure its compliance with company’s policies and locallegislations. 

7. Build rapport,engage and sustain good relationship with all stakeholders.

8. Providesupport in the compilation of HR reports, government surveys and submissions.

9. Assist andsupport in the annual budgeting and full appraisal exercise cycle.

10.  Support andcoordinate employee engagement and talent management programs such as inductionand orientation, training and development program, internships and industrialattachment.

11.  Assist inplanning and organizing employee engagement and team bonding activities i.e.townhall sessions, work health promotion and recreational activities and eventsetc.

12.  Be part of theteam to provide support in reviewing policies and contracts renewal includingcollective agreements, staff insurance policies, staff bus contract etc.

13.  Handle all HRadministration including birthday vouchers, update of internal telephonedirectory, proper filing of all documentations and records in soft and hardcopies.

14. Any other duties as and when assigned by the ReportingOfficer/Head of Department.

Requirements:

·        Minimum a Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent

·        At least 2 years of hands-on relevant experience preferably in serviceor hospitality industry. Those with payroll processing and training &development experience would be an added advantage.

·        Good knowledge of local HR practices and employment legislations

·        Proficient in MS applications.

·        Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
