Handle and apply Elastomeric armouring MetaLine® 785 coating system by use of HSM Spray system. More specifically:
1 Roughness measurement and control
2 Vacuum clean all surfaces
3 Chlorine measurement
4 Degreasing with MetaLine 995
5 Outside protection / folio wrapping
6 Precise masking of the flanges
7 Dew point control / temperature measurements
8 Pretreatment with MetaLine 924 by roller application
9 Prime twice with MetaLine 900 by brush/roller
10 Coating with MetaLine 785 using HSM and/or cartridge spray process depending on size/shape
11 Coating with MetaLine 580 using airless spray gun for the smaller sizes lesser than Ø200 - if required
12 Thickness quality control
13 Optical quality control
14 Electrical quality control by non-porosity compliance inspection
15 Off wrapping / demasking of the flanges
This job requires knowledge and previous experience with HSM Spray system.
Coating applicators requires certification through coating supplier Metaline to be eligible for this job.
