Requirements:
- Certified Personal Trainer with a recognised certification; ie ACSM, NCSF, ACE, NASM, or any similar accredited program
- Minimum 2–3 years of personal training experience, with some experience mentoring or guiding junior staff
- Willing to continuously learn and expand their knowledge in the field of fitness and exercise science
- Passionate about health, fitness, and helping others achieve their goals
Tasks:
- Develop personalised fitness programs that cater to each client's unique goals, needs, and health conditions, ensuring a tailored approach to their fitness journey
- Closely monitor client progress, provide motivation and encouragement to keep them committed and on track to achieving their fitness goals
- Educate on proper form to prevent injury and promote effective workouts
- Support and mentor junior trainers, providing guidance on programming, client handling, and professional development
- Assist in day-to-day team coordination, including scheduling and session quality, while remaining primarily client-facing
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming workout environment for everyone
