• Operate rigging, hoisting, and welding equipment safely and efficiently on construction sites
• Implement and monitor safety protocols to maintain compliance on job sites
• Collaborate with team members to meet construction deadlines and uphold quality standards
• Perform physical tasks including working at heights and lifting heavy materials during construction projects

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Minimum two years of prior experience in structural steel erection
