We are seeking a Principal Commercial Contracts Manager to join our global Commercial Contracts team, where innovation knows no borders. This team supports Travel Solutions by partnering with Sales, Product, Finance, Tax and Legal teams to shape commercial agreements that help travel agency customers grow with Sabre. As Principal Commercial Contracts Manager, you will support complex travel agency commercial agreements across the APAC region. You will act as a senior advisor to commercial teams, lead high-impact contract negotiations and help improve contracting processes at scale. This role requires strong judgment, regional business insight and the ability to turn complex commercial terms into clear contract outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Lead the drafting, negotiation and review of complex commercial agreements for travel agency customers across APAC.
• Partner with Sales, Legal, Finance, Tax, Operations and Product teams to structure contract terms that support business goals and manage risk.
• Serve as a senior point of contact for commercial teams, customer legal teams and internal counsel on contract matters.
• Advise on post-signature contract questions, escalation paths and regional contracting practices.
• Drive process improvements, template updates and automation initiatives that improve speed, consistency and commercial impact.

Preferred qualifications and education

• Bachelor’s degree or professional qualification in law.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial contracts, legal operations, paralegal work or contract negotiation in a high-volume business environment.
• Strong experience supporting technology, travel technology, software, SaaS or travel agency commercial agreements.
• ·Proven ability to negotiate complex customer agreements and influence stakeholders across a matrixed global organization.
• Strong understanding of commercial terms, risk allocation, financial models and contract governance.
• Prior experience supporting Greater China market is preferred.
• Excellent written and spoken communication, analytical and problem-solving skills.

As an International Reservation Sales Agent, you will support guests with hotel bookings and related inquiries in both English and Japanese. This role is critical to serving Sabre’s growing base of Japanese-speaking customers, ensuring their needs are met with clarity, care, and culturally relevant service. You will ensure a seamless, customer-centric experience through prompt, courteous service in a fast-paced contact center environment. This role is ideal for detail-oriented professionals who thrive on problem-solving and delivering exceptional support.

Responsibilities

– Manage inbound calls and assist customers with hotel reservations, changes, and cancellations
– Deliver accurate information on hotel offerings, policies, and local attractions
– Resolve customer issues and special requests with care, escalating complex cases as needed
– Maintain accurate and updated records in CRM and contact center systems
– Support operational goals through quality, efficiency, and service excellence

Preferred Qualifications and Education

– Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, contact centers, or customer service roles
– Fluent in both English and Japanese, with strong verbal and written communication skills
– Proven ability to handle high-volume call environments with professionalism
– Strong customer focus with a positive, solution-oriented approach
– High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or service certifications are a plus

Work Conditions

– Scheduled work hours are from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., across a 5-day work week
– Includes at least 1 working day on a weekend (Saturday or Sunday)
– 2 rest days are provided each week
– Hybrid work model with 3 days in-office per week
– Flexibility in scheduling is essential to meet business needs
